Great vacation. Resort is dated but the staff is awesome! Loved the entertainment at night and enjoyed the pool. So lucky 85 degrees at the resort in October …. Awesome! Will definitely repeat during the summer!

Front end staff was horrible. Check in process sucked and was unclear on website. Waited 3 hours for a new iron to come to our room while trying to get ready for a wedding and the ironing board was broke. Food sucked at the restaurant. Check out process also was not a good experience because things were not explained at check in. Grounds were amazing beautiful and welcoming, the staff were not.

We loved the overall property. We checked in and our shower was full of mold. I called the front desk and the said they were sold out and couldn’t change our room. My wife is highly allergic to mold and she had to shower in our friends room. When I checked out I asked to speak with a manager. I was called into a room. The manager was nice but wouldn’t do anything to rectify the situation. She said the person I spoke with should have offered to clean the shower with bleach. No such offer was made The manager said if we ever return she would offer a better view room if available. Quite a poor response to make us happy. Oh well. I didn’t want to make a scene and left.
