THis was a typical resort, where holiday makers spend 2 weeks doing not very much, ok if that's what you want. Luckily, we were only there for a couple of nights. Although all inclusive, the food was the same most days with small variations to the hot meal options.

Bad customer service plus , don't waste your time

I wanted to spend sometime in Sharm Elshik , i booked it online from expedia , when i arrived to the hotel , i noticed the room is super dirty .... i went back to the front desk and they pushed me to pay 400$ extra to stay in better room .. i had no choice ... i wasn't the only one facing this problem ... the hotel is almost fully booked by companies , too many kids at the pool and beach ... u feel like you are in zoo.. ALL Inclusive , Don't even think about it .... food is bad - just eat breakfast only ... and eat outside and order delivery .... the all inclusive bars is far away from many areas and close at 6 pm..

Such a nice hotel at such an amazing location

We spent 6 days at Coral Bay Aquamarine.It was the best holiday that we have ever had. We were given a room directly facing the sea and ıt was amazing. The staff (receptionists. cleaning staff, kitchen staff, animation staff) were so supportive, helpful and friendly. Food were goergous. We enjoyed every moments of our holiday. We will definitely come again..

the deal i had is all inclusive , when i went to the hotel i discovered that not all inclusive we still have to pay for drinks and restaurant on the pool , pay for night club admission.

Not the same experience as last time

I've been in domina harem 3 years ago . It was so nice like a dream vacation . This time I booked in domina aquamarine a beach view room . I was offered a terrible room with a 90% garden view and room quality was incomparable to the harem . When I showed my upset I was offered a free upgrade to the Harem " which was a nice gesture from the reception staff " but again room service was not as before . Staff is very good but I guess the quality of room service is not the way it used to be . It's a magnificent place with extraordinary beaches and snorkeling spots . But they need to put more effort into their info to be put online where people book their vacations and room service should be happening in real time .

All inclusive 5* hotel with restaurants.

From the minute we arrived at reception. We were offered to upgrade our room for more money. It was to be my recovery holiday having so many places to choose all under one inclusive. This is very untrue. Everything has a level of quality. And your band does not cover it. I was shouted at by staff for resting my legs on the wrong pool bench, threatened with security. More than once. We totalled 6 hours solid in four days in reception. They would give me a room free of charge with no faults for a fee,,, We walked over 3 miles in all changing rooms 4 times. I only ate food from Monday. We landed on Friday. The manager swore at me and told me "I was a liar and was just making trouble." The police was on there way. An hour later another manager came and told us. We could have a better room with no faults if we sign a paper to say we would not hold them responsible for the complete lack of customer service. The holiday cost me £900.00 in all I felt like it was the 9 th and very last I time ever in Egypt We called Expedia. They did nothing for us either. Manager matell quote " you English complain to much, don't come here"

Big resort, on the beach, excellent for snorkeling

Clean, loads of facilities and amenities. On the beach and snorkeling is wonderful. Excellent variety of restaurants, I would avoid the Coral restaurant buffet for lunch and dinner, because quality of food is poor. Breakfast is good, so I would advice to pay only for breakfast and then choose a different restaurant every day, it will cost you more but in terms of quality the difference is immense. Fantastic holiday!

not bad, I thought that I will have a very nice stay and the resort will be as the photos , but i found that it's very primitive hotel and the management is don't care about Egyptian guests, you feel that they don't like Egyptian guests .

harrasment

harassment towards females is very common in Egypt if u speak Arabic and have a foreign wife you will not like the environment at least on 2 different occasions me and my wife were subjected to harassment with comments towards my wife, I made hotel manager aware but he said this problem is bigger than him it is a society problem the environment is definitely not safe in particular for female due to culture and society and how they look to females and in particular women from European countries

Keep clear of this resort!!!

This huge resort had a really nice coral reef, and some of the staff did try hard to make our stay a pleasurable one, but this is where the positives stop. On the negative side was that is was meant to be 5* accomadation, but i have stayed in cleaner and more well presented 2* hotels, The food wasnt great, we had the breakfast buffet on our first day, but decided to avoid it thereafter, and the food in the resorts outlets wasnt much better, I cant remember the last time i have taken sooooo much immodium plus. There are also many souvenier shops selling gifts and beachwear, where the shopkeepers stand outside their shop and harrass you to go into their shop, which you expect in nearby naama bay, but this is inside the resort. after telling the guys 5 or more times that you dont want to come into their shop, some of them became aggressive towards us.

Location of Aquamarine (Beach) is excellent

Lots of activities to do within the resort. No need to go out. Snorkling and diving during the day and entertainment at night (the Arena and Mosaique cafe). Nice food offered through a wide variety of restaurants while being surrounded by nice cosmopolitan crowd.

Underwhelmed

I was disappointed in the quality of the buffet food, the condition of the rooms and the instruction for getting around the huge location. The staff, although polite, were also ill advised in giving any assistance to basic amenities of the hotel, such as Spa location. All in all I was disappointed and would not have rated this place more than three stars.
