Comfortable hotel with friendly staff in a good position in Shanklin with everything walkable in a short period. Staff were friendly and the cooked breakfast was enjoyed very much. Had a nightcap in the bar one evening and chatted to the lovely Laura who looked after us. Small irritation was shower was very under powered (think hot mist) room 23 but other than that all good and will return.

Nice small hotel!

Nice small hotel with easy location, pleasant staff, had a small but comfortable room. Well appointed, great warm colors. Great bar, had everything we wanted. Beautiful old church across the street.

The hotel was clean and tidy, just lacked parking and somewhere to sit when in your room. The room was occupied by a very largd TV but would have preferred somewhere to sit. There were also times that hotel staff presumed people knew how things worked, for example getting into ghd hotel after it had been locked and how breakfast works in the morning.

Owners have done a beautiful work on renovating the place, chick style with lovely furniture in the lobby, dining area, corridors and the garden, loved it. Premises have got a small bar/lounge service with a good range of non-alcoholic proper drinks (pop-in even if you are staying in the surrounding places). Friendly staff. I was excited about the Sauna (being a Finn), and first a bit disappointed as it was a infrared Sauna - but it turned to be a positive experience, despite missing a stove to splash water on ;). I enjoyed the quietness and the seafront is just a short walk away. Breakfast: traditional, served to the table, small buffet with fresh veggies, juices and serials quite simple but fills your belly. Our room was small (but hey, we only slept there), it did not have air conditioner, so that was a bit of a minus but we survived with the table fan. Give it a go, enjoy your stay ☀️

Such a lovely hotel, amazing customer service, very welcoming & friendly. The lounge areas are so cosy, smell really nice! The decor is adorable. A little bar with a good selection of drinks. An amazing breakfast was served in the morning. Just an all round brilliant stay.

Friendliness of team, well managed and nothing too much trouble. We paid for the upgraded room and it was very comfortable, quiet and a sea view, well worth it. Sometimes hot water in the shower was an issue but had a bath instead. Dining room and bar area very modern and a lovely place to eat breakfast and sit and chat.

Lovely hotel, we would definitely return!

The hotel was lovely, very modern, gorgeous décor and impeccably clean. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Great location in Shanklin, only a street away from the lift which takes you down onto the beach and only a short walk to restaurants, gift shops and the local convenience shop. I would recommend the Q Hotel if you are planning on visiting Shanklin :-)

Very nice area and clean an modern hotel staff are very helpful and welcoming ... only downfall was the restaurant was closed when it wasnt stated prior it will be. Otherwise breakfast was really nice... comfy and clean rooms but very surprised to see the bathroom sink out in the bedrooms and even that wasnt stated anywhere on the hotel page when booking and that was something i know i didnt like about the room. Otherwise its a beautiful hotel. The hot tub an sauna was really nice but take note the hot tub is outside on the deck but in a private area. Overall definitely recommended
