A fantastic stay from start to finish. Gorgeous room which was upgraded Some of the friendliest and helpful staff we have ever met namely David at the front desk John and Niko in concierge Sophia in guest relations Lisa in housekeeping on the 40th floor. Delicious breakfast which was plentiful each morning. Gym was small but with all the required equipment Pool wasn't heated but clean as were the steam rooms and jacuzzi. All our amenities were replenished daily and the room was kept spotless.

As always great Ritz Carlton Service, location is perfect, however the rooms are super old - we stayed there over 12 years ago and the rooms needed renovation than, and they STILL is in badly need of renovation.
