We had a great stay at Jinglai Hotel Shanghai! The location was perfect and easily accessible for walking and commuting . The entrance was right off the Nanjing pedestrian street so it was very convieniant for shopping and subway. The hotel staff was very helpful throughout our entire stay and even helped us through a luggage crisis! Would recommend this stay if you’re in Shanghai!

The rooms are clean daily, nice heated toilet seats, perfect for winter months. The shops were nearby within walking distance. The staff very friendly and helpful with accommodating our needs. I would recommend adding additional washer and dryer to accommodate the number of guest using the laundry which is included as an amenities. The facility only as 1 washer and dryer and it does takes awhile to dry the clothes.
