Our stay was wonderful. The facilities were great and the convenience of staying here really made a difference. I really enjoyed the breakfast buffet, this was when we met one of the chefs Dach Song. He was very friendly and made the effort to interact with the hotel guests. He made scrumptious foods, from wonton noodle soup, to special orders. He really made our stay at the hotel memorable. Dach's willingness to engage with the hotel guest and friendly personality made sure that everyone was happy. The other workers at the buffet were very helpful by clearing out plates and providing us scrumptious food made the stay feel much better. The cleaners also did a wonderful job at making sure that our rooms were near and tidy to ensure that all the guest had a clean environment to sleep in and stay. The services were extraordinary as when someone couldn't find their way or needed assistance, the service desk was ready for directions. Being connected to a shopping centre allowed convenience allowing guest to easily enter and exit the building helping others to escape rain or to just shop. My stay was very pleasant and I highly recommend.

My wife and I had a great stay at the Radiason Blu Shanghai. It’s amazingly convenient to the Metro stations and a stone throw away from the great Nanjing East Road shopping belt and The Bund. Definitely will come back to stay here for our next trip again.

The staff are friendly and helpful. We were scammed by airport taxi driver more than 3-4x of regular price. The staff took care of it right away, asking if we’d like to file police report. We did, and the staff put all efforts to contact police, getting CCTV to identify driver, and accompanying us to police station. Every thing was resolved within 2 hours, amazing. The Chef, I think Daug, was really nice giving me wonton soup and mixed all sauces together make it good. I tried mixing my own sauces, not as good as he did lol. The location is connected to shopping mall and downstairs metro station with lots of restaurants and shops. The hotel staff service and location is excellent. Recommend this hotel to stay.

It wasn’t the best hotel I’ve ever been to, but for the price you can’t beat that one. The location was amazing. Breakfast totally worth CYN180 that they charge for it, especially the soup! Amazing hotel!
