Great value. Good for business travelers and solo travelers. The rooms are well set up to sleep and do work. There's no view though - which I knew before booking this hotel. 5 min walk to metro.

A great location, and great rooms. The only few areas for improvement are: - some staff would literally run away when they saw me coming due to being frightened to speak English. I was happy to use the translation app. This lead me to feel like I was a bit of an inconvenience. - the music in the lobby rotated on the same 5 songs for my entire 3 week stay. It was awful. I got to the point where I could not sit in the lobby. - staff regularly served warm white wine, and twice could not open a corked bottle.

This was a super place to stay where friends had many options to congregate in multiple lounging areas. Loved the hipster feel. Wine and beer are available at the concessions and also in the vending areas.

Have stayed there a few times, staff is friendly there, 宋礼琴 is one of the best receptionists I have met. She follow up my issues and solve them proactively. The place is clean and quite modern looking. The rooms are a bit small but comfy enough. Will stay there again

Liked the room layout it's really nice and set out well. Could do with a little fridge to keep drinks cold etc. All in all its a great hotel to stay at and isn't far from the underground to go to places around Shanghai, so i would definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to visit Shanghai!
