A friendly wooden look, a comfortable sofa and a practical kitchen create an atmosphere in which you can quickly relax while listening to music or cooking together. On cooler days, relax in the sauna, then light the fireplace and listen to the crackling of the logs.



The green garden invites everyone to linger. Step outside in the morning with a fragrant coffee and enjoy the tranquillity of nature. Have a hearty breakfast in the sun, then immerse yourself in your holiday reading or simply let your mind wander.



Swim in the clear lake right by Sexdrega and enjoy unforgettable hours fishing in the midst of nature. Go on excursions into the surrounding forests, which are ideal for hiking and cycling in summer and cross-country skiing in winter. Visit the town of Borås with its popular animal park and impressive street art façades, as well as the Textile Museum, which offers exciting insights into Swedish design and cultural history.



Note: Steep stairs to the sleeping area. The staircase is located in one of the rooms. The owner lives on the property.



Please note that: Bed linen and towels are not included in the room rate in 2025; guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge of SEK 150.00 per person, or bring their own. Consumption costs are not included in the room rate and will be charged according to guest use within three weeks after check-out.
