Poor check in experience

Communication with property management is very challenging. Email is the primary way they communicate and response is not very fast. My original credit card used to make reservations had been lost and they refused to give me a room one day prior to checkin while I was traveling across the Atlantic unless I provided the 16 digit card number, expiration and cvv code via email

Apt has mold, smell gave us headaches!

We had a terrible experience at this apartment hotel. The apartment, we booked had a strong mold smell, which gave us headaches and made it impossible to stay. Despite our efforts to air out the room by opening windows for a few hours, the smell persisted. Upon closer inspection, we found mold in the shower and at the bottom of the doors, where the wood had even expanded from moisture, as shown in the photos. We didn’t feel safe or comfortable sleeping there due to the mold issue, we both suffer from severe allergies. When we requested different accommodations, none were available, and our request for a refund for the nights we did not stay was denied by the management. We ended up leaving in the middle of the night, on what was supposed to be a special birthday trip for us both, and had to scramble to find alternative accommodations at 11pm the night we arrived to Seville. While the view from the rooftop was nice, it didn’t make up for the stress and health concerns caused by the mold. I’m sharing this review so others can be aware before booking. The experience was far from what we expected based on the listing.

Enjoyed everything about this beautiful apartment, location is amazing, many dining options to go to, the only downside was the shower not being as clean as I would like to, the musty odors was very uncomfortable only in the bathroom everything else was clean.

Sevilla Well Done Cathedral Suites.

There was no one to check us in in person but when we had problems, they were easily available on the phone or What’s App. If you are driving, park first then walk your luggage to the hotel if possible, narrow streets and no where to stop to unload luggage. When we arrived at the apartment we found it not very clean. We asked them to come clean it the next day while we were out which they did and cleaned it well. Overall a nice space but getting where it needs some updating.
