Apartamento Sevilla a los pies de la Giralda
As Sevillian hosts, the most important thing for us is to make our guests feel at home and to allow them to discover and enjoy such a wonderful city as Seville. Not exempt from subjectivity, we can say that Seville offers hundreds and hundreds of corners and stories that will surely make your stay very special.
Here we present you our beloved flat in Mateos Gago street, one of the most emblematic streets of the city centre, which we hope will offer you the best place for your visit.
Our flat has three bedrooms and two bathrooms, as well as a spacious dining room and living room with plenty of light thanks to a large window from where you can appreciate the views of the central street Mateos Gago. The location of our flat will undoubtedly be one of the greatest comforts we can offer you. In the heart of the tourist centre and just a few steps away from the Cathedral and the Giralda, you will also be able to enjoy the most emblematic streets of Seville, full of historic corners, shops, bars and restaurants where you can discover the culture of the city.
A large gate on Calle Mateos Gago will welcome you to the building on the second floor of which our flat is located. A building that, despite its good interior condition, is years old. Therefore, you will find high ceilings, classic tiles as you go up the marble staircase and spacious rooms, preserving its original architecture.
After entering the flat you will find, on the left hand side, the door to one of the bedrooms. This room is undoubtedly home to one of our favourite spots: a small balcony with a table and two chairs, ideal for having breakfast or simply sitting and enjoying the lively atmosphere outside. This bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a spacious wardrobe (in the pictures, shown as ‘Bedroom 1’). The hallway also leaves two other entrances: one of them connects to the kitchen and, beyond it, the remaining bedrooms; and the other one, to the dining room and living room, another of the most appreciated spaces in our flat.
The living room, as we mentioned, is a space of great luminosity and hopefully also of great comfort for our guests. It is equipped with a Smart TV, DVD, Bluetooth speaker connection, as well as Wifi network and heating/air conditioning system, also available in the rest of the flat. The dining room, which is directly connected to the lounge, has a large table and chairs for your lunches and dinners. All the necessary crockery and table linen are at your disposal, as well as a number of table sets that you are free to use. There is also a medium-sized desk, useful in case you need to work.
The last of the hallway connections leads to a newly equipped kitchen, where we hope you will find everything you need: there is an oven, dishwasher, fridge, induction hob...
The back hallway leads to the other two bedrooms and bathrooms. First of all, on the left, you will find a bedroom with two single wooden beds, an antique wardrobe and a dressing table.
Opposite this room is one of the bathrooms, which has a shower, washbasin, toilet, bidet and towel warmer.
At the end of the hallway is the master bedroom. With a double bed and a freestanding bathtub, this room is certainly a space in which to enjoy relaxing. It is decorated with antique furniture and has its own bathroom.
In case you need it, we also offer a space with a washing machine. On the fourth floor of the building, you will find the roof terrace where, besides being able to hang your clothes, you will be able to enjoy wonderful views of two of the city's treasures: the Cathedral and the Giralda.
