The Stargazer Stays Glamping Village is located along a nature reserve, nestled in the Great Smoky Mountains. Our Galileo Luxury tent brings you closer to nature with all the comforts of home! Our village is the epitome of 'done for you' glamping. All you need to bring are your clothes, light toiletries and food. This spacious glamping tent can accommodate up to 5 guests with 2 separate sleeping spaces. Guests can choose between a sleeping area outfitted with a queen sized bed, or a second sleeping area equipped with a single bed and one bunk bed. The Galileo Glamping Tent features an extra level of privacy with wooden walls separating the living spaces. All of our tents are equipped with a mini split HVAC system to ensure your temperature controlled comfort. An open living, dining and kitchen area provides you and your guests with the perfect space for meals and entertainment. The Kitchen is minimally stocked with dishes, silverware, glasses and mugs and feature a microwave and a Keurig (coffee pods included). Prefer to have someone else brew your coffee? Join us at The Heavenly Roast coffee shop with the included $10 credit and let us pour you a cup of freshly brewed cup of Joe! The attached veranda creates a comfortable space to socialize in nature, with ample outdoor seating. Each tent also features a deluxe park grill. You and your guests can also enjoy the community fire pit and lawn games! We've even included popcorn and a s'mores kit. We feature an online store stocked with camping essentials and souvenirs that are delivered to your tent. Great little gem. With some minor changes and some cleaning it could be perfect.
Overall, this was a very pleasant stay. Excellent glamping experience and the hosts are very professional. Cons: the unit was not very clean - we had to move the dust bin because the plugs for the coffee machine was located behind it. It was filthy behind the dust bin. The dog crate was not cleaned (keep the current contagious dog illness which is on the news in mind), all the furniture were full of dog hair also. The barbeque was not cleaned. The shower was not clean There is no toilet brush. There is no space to put your clothes, hang your wash cloths and dishwashing cloths. Suggestion: under-bed drawers, hooks in shower for wash cloths, hooks in kitchen for dish cloths. The view is amazing, but the storage containers was really an eye sore.

Thanksgiving Trip
Loved our “clamping” experience. Loved that it was off the beaten path. Convenient to anything we quickly needed. Very clean and spacious. Loved the shower! Comfy beds. Our only complaint didn’t come until our last night…the neighbors in the first tent were a group of about 5 young men and ladies. Their cars were everywhere, making it hard for us to park in our designated space. (Rules say no more than 2 cars). And it’s supposed to be quiet time from 10:00pm -7:00 am and at midnight, they were so loud we could hear every word they were saying…or should I say shouting. Text the manager, and called the after hours number and never heard back from either. Didn’t mind the young people having a good time, they just needed to be respectful of the other campers, and they were Not.

My young family had a great stay at this glamp site. We love to camp, but didn’t want the hassle of bringing all of our camping supplies since this was just one stop on our vacation. This place was the perfect combination of camping and staying in a hotel. We found that anything we needed was provided and then some. This isn’t a complaint, just an fyi for others staying with young children; make sure to check all the cabinets and rearrange as necessary. Knives were kept in a cabinet accessible to my 18 month old, and fragile decor items within his reach. Just needed to do a sweep and some toddler proofing upon arrival. Overall, we had a great stay. It’s clear this team consists of seasoned professionals!

Amazing little spot!
We loved the Stargazer's Village! Absolutely amazing property. We are very familiar with Wears Valley, and have stayed in multiple places there, but this was our first stay at this camp. Such a unique place. Great views of Cove Mountain and Little Roundtop. Very close to the Metcalf Bottoms entrance of Great Smoky Mountains NP. We adored the Galileo and 100% will be back.
