- Hot tub is drained, cleaned, refilled and treated every check out and runs continuously. Please keep the cover on when not in use. Hot tub only for 18 years old and above.

*Wildlife & Pest Control:
- Property is treated monthly for pests, but due to mountain location, some bugs may still enter. Expect more bugs outdoors during spring and summer.
- Please respect the wildlife and do not approach or feed them. Keep the bear-proof trash can securely latched at all times.

*Others:
- Cabin is on city water and sewage. Please flush only toilet paper.
- Outdoor floodlight camera is located along the driveway.
- National Park Service parking pass is required for all vehicles entering the Smokies (available on their website).

We loved the location and the cabin. All the extra things helped make our stay even better. There were little details like a sleep mask on the east facing side, small sewing kits, and the extras in the kitchen. Coffee, cooking oil, condiments. Fantastic job to Charisse and Arch for providing a easy stay.

Loved the sky deck and the amenities! The showers are spacious and I really liked the one with the window above it. The location is perfect. It's close to everything and felt private even with the other units nearby. The host was super helpful and easy to reach. I would absolutely stay here again.

The property was excellent. The home is spacious and comfortable. The location is on the back of this development and at the highest point, which makes it quiet and allows it to have spectacular views. The location is convenient to the main strip, without the accompanying traffic. The hosts were great with communication - letting us know procedures and checking to make sure everything was going well. They were also very helpful in addressing an issue we had while we were there. Our family had a great time and would definitely stay here again!

Great Property and Host

We had a great 6 night stay and the property is beautiful. Modern finishes, nice furnishings and many amenities. Close enough to most attractions, but far enough away from the high traffic areas. The area was quiet and there are no other properties behind or on either side, just in front. The driveway is very steep, but relatively short. The skydeck is a very cool feature with nice views. The host was very nice and accomodating. Highly recommend!
