This condo is an oceanfront ground floor unit on the famous Seven Mile Beach. The condo has been fully remodelled & has all the necessities guests would need to enjoy a great vacation. Plantation Village is a fantastic property that is close to great restaurants, shops, bars & more that provides a resort style setting with great amenities. There are 2 large pools, free kayak & paddle board rentals, tennis courts, and great common areas.

The condo has amazing water views and has 3 bedrooms that can sleep up to 6. There is a fully stocked kitchen, spacious living/dining area, and a washer & dryer available for guests. Walking out the door you are steps away from the pool and the beach. There is also a great patio to sit and enjoy the evening sunsets from this ground floor oceanfront unit. With all the new updates done with the remodel, you will be sure to enjoy this gorgeous condo and feel right at home!

Great condo in a super convenient area

Paradise Found!
The property was fantastic! The owners were great with communication. Condo was clean and tidy when we arrived and well stocked with all the essentials. Location is excellent and we walked or took a cab around the island. Loved being on the first floor and just steps to the pool and ocean! Bring your snorkel gear!!

Girls Trip Grand Cayman 2/2024
It was a girls trip that me, my sister, cousin and our friends will definitely remember! The condo was just as described (pictures are accurate) and the location was great! Walking distance to several restaurants and beach access! The owners were great to communicate with and check in and check out was very easy. The condo was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We didn’t rent a car, but getting a taxi was very easy. I would definitely recommend this condo if you’re looking for a place on 7 mile beach!

Beautiful Oceanfront
A beautiful oceanfront condo just steps from the beach. We enjoyed cooking in the well stocked kitchen and watching the amazing sunsets right from the patio. The host was very responsive to all inquiries and we had a wonderful time enjoying all things Grand Cayman.

Wonderful Vacation!!!
There were six adults in our group! The condo was very nice! It was in a great location. We didn’t have beach the first 2 days but then the sand washed in and we had a small beach area. Lots of paddle boards and kayaks available. The appliances worked well, the paper products , laundry & dish soap were an extra nice plus!!! The people on the island are very nice and we felt like it was a very safe place.

This place was great! We really enjoyed the patio! The host was super communicative and fast to respond when we had a small maintenance issue. The only thing that would make it even better would be some curtains for bedrooms. It gets bright early! Really can't complain though, great spot.

Great location right on the water!
We had such a great time on our vacation and this condo was perfect for our party of 5. The condo was as advertised, right on the water and super close to the pools. Everything was very clean & well kept. People at the condo and on the island were very friendly. We had no problems walking to restaurants, shopping & the grocery store (decided not to rent a car). The master bed wasn't super comfortable vs what we are used to, but that was the only thing that I think could be improved. The owners were very easy to work with & responsive to our emails though we did not need them once after getting to the property. Highly recommend!!

Great location. The property is conveniently located on the island. We were able to walk alot
Great location and the condo was conveniently located on the island. The private beach was great because we noticed several didn’t have a beach at all. If you get a chance, make sure you visit Governors beach which is a great place to have a great beach time. I would highly recommend and will most definitely return hopefully with a girlfriends trip.
