House located in a condominium very close to Aldeia do Meco. The private condominium consists of several semi-detached villas with a communal pool. Situated in the town of Alfarim, the condominium is private and fenced. Spacious living room with sofa, LCD, DVD, cable TV and fireplace Dining area area with a dining table Fully equipped kitchen (fridge, microwave, oven, washing machine, coffee machine, toaster and electric grill).

Authentic Portuguese holiday location close to Lisbon

A lovely property set with 9 others. Pool was super and never seemed busy even in August. Lots of space and great facilities. Easily comfortable for 6.

Le séjour aurait été parfait si la climatisation indiquée dans les prestations de la maison, qui nous a poussé à la retenir d’ailleurs permis d’autres.existait réellement. Il n’y en a aucune en fait. Seules deux chambres sur trois ont des ventilateurs au plafond, la troisième n’a rien, et un des deux ventilateurs cogne légèrement à chaque tour. Nous réservons avec ABRITEL jusque là en toute confiance mais là nous risquons fort de revoir notre positon, car la certitude qu’un équipement de cette importance soit réellement présent est bien sûr primordial. A la réflexion nous avons constaté que les photos sont prises de sorte de « couper » les plafonds pour ne pas laisser apparaître les ventilateurs. Par ailleurs des avis précédents indiquant que les matelas étaient plus qu’inconfortables n’ont apparement pas été pris en compte par la propriétaire, tant ils sont de mauvaise qualités et que les lits grincent. Dommage c’est deux points négatifs dégradent largement le confort de cette maison contemporaine qui pour le reste est parfaitement conforme au photos et très agréable à vivre. La piscine de la résidence est très agréable également, et les contacts sur place pour gérer cette location étaient très réactifs, diligents et agréables.

Dépaysement total entre mer et campagne

Nous avons passé 3 semaines magnifiques. Points positifs: Le logement est conforme aux photos, il était propre à notre arrivée, les lits étaient fait, l'environnement est paisible, la piscine est très grande et agréable lorsqu'il y a peu de personne. Marta est très réactive et sympathique. Logement à seulement 3 kms de la plage et 1km du petit centre d'alfarim, petit village où vous trouverez tout ce qu'il vous faut à pied. Quelques points négatifs à améliorer par rapport au PRIX demandé : les literies sont à changer, matelas et bois de lit ( jolie mais daté peu confortable et bruyant), le mobilier est à renouveler (canapé peu confortable, mobilier de jardin cassé ou petite qualité (ikea), table de jardin à repeindre, vaisselle usée). Le bâtiment est très sonore, car nous entendons les voisins parler dans les chambres, la piscine n'ai pas assez nettoyée et mérite elle aussi un coup de propre sur le liner, les margelles et la plage de la piscine. Un logement très agréable que nous conseillons malgré les améliorations à apporter.
