The house is located in a quiet neighborhood and has a simple and modern decor that gives it a familiar, comfortable and very friendly atmosphere.

House type V3 + 1, with capacity for 6/7 people and 1 baby, with an area of 180m2 interior, inserted in a plot with 300m2.

On the first floor there is an entrance area, guest toilet, living room, dining room, kitchen and pantry. On the second floor, there are 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with a bathtub and a terrace.

Outside, guests can enjoy the garden, private pool (6m x 3m), solarium area with sun loungers, outdoor shower, barbecue, dining area, patio and private parking.

The entrance area has a sofa bed that can be used exceptionally for children. The living room is equipped with 2 sofas, a fireplace, cable TV, wi-fi.
Fully equipped kitchen with hob, electric oven, water heater, fridge and freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, hand blender, toaster.

Scam and terrible house to rent!

Terrible experience! The photos from the website did not correspond to reality (room design, number of beds, kitchen, pool area). The owner has not changed the information on the site for a long time. ONLY 2 WEEK before our vacation owner says the house was remodeled and now the 3rd full bedroom is now a kids room with tiny bed and room full of toys. Dirty toys. - Instead of the owner of the house, we were met by cleaning lady, she was nice but didn't go over everything we needed. Nobody did not warn us about the presence of an alarm. Instead of enjoying our vacation in the first hour upon arrival, we were figuring out how to turn off the alarm, which was blazing inside and outside the house, police is on the way. It was a solid 15-minute fight to turn it off, not until the owner was contacted. - The house was dirty, especially in the 3rd bedroom! - Half of the things in the house are broken. The window holders are broken and do not hold the metal curtains, the broken mirror was sitting on the kitchen table, glass stand with candle was also broken, which I almost cut myself on and much more. We tried to keep our negative experience to our self, but the attitude of the owners in the end leaves us no other choice. We are clean people, we left regular clean up after ourselves, we cleaned all the dishes and put all towels in the bins, owner wanted to charge us $600 Euro! because of unclean house and something broken. We didn't break anything. Scam and terrible house to rent!

Casa confortável com todo o equipamento necessário (sem climatização, mas não é um problema). A acolhimento foi muito bom e a pessoa sempre disponível. A casa e piscina estão bem limpas. Perto de comércios e restaurantes e a 5 minutos de carro da praia da Califórnia. Atenção, a localização indicada na Vrbo não está certa. Há duas ruas com o mesmo nome. E mesmo preciso carro. Único ponto fraco, muitos cães nas casas vizinhas que ladram ao cair da noite. Com as janelas fechadas não há problema. Muito obrigado pelo acolhimento e serviço.

ES UNA ESTAAFA DE CASA Y LA PROPIETARIA NO MERECE QUE NADIE ALQUILE ESTA CASA

Una experiencia nefasta. La casa que aparece en el anuncio no se parece en nada a la casa que es en realidad. Viajé con mi familia (total 6 adultos y un bebé de 2 años) y finalmente no nos pudimos alojar en esta casa que teníamos reservada y pagada para cinco noches. La propietaria tiene los armarios de las habitaciones con cerrojos, y no se pueden utilizar, la casa está sucia y descuidada, la cocina está como si acabarán de terminar de cocinar para un ejército, sucia y con una cantidad de trastos enormes, la barbacoa es mejor ni mirarla porque si alguien hace algo en ella inmediatamente se iría a urgencias, toda roñosa y sucia por todos lo lados. A pesar de que le dije a la dueña que íbamos con un bebé de dos años, la señora dijo que no había cuna ni carrito, aunque aparecen en las fotos y en el anuncio, y nos plantó una cama de adulto para un bebé. Los sofás en malas condiciones, sin respaldos, y suciedad por todos lo sitios. Las mesas y sillas del exterior todas desgastadas y a ronchones y sucias, las tumbonas sucias y viejas, es decir, la casa tan bonita y tan preciosa que sale en las fotos es todo mentira. La zona de la piscina hecha un autentico desastre, la piscina con un reborde negro que da asco meterse…. Y la casa se encuentra en una zona nada aconsejable, alejada de todo, y sin servicios por la zona, ni una cafetería en condiciones para tomar algo. Hablamos con VRBO para plantear una queja porque la propietaria no quería ni limpiar la casa, ni poner una barbacoa en condiciones y ni darnos armarios para poner nuestro equipaje porque los tiene cerrados con llave, porque hasta algunos armarios de los baños están con cerrojo. VRBO habló con la dueña, pero se lavó las manos, y nos dijo que no podían hacer nada, a pesar de que les enviamos fotos fehacientes de lo que estamos contando. La propietaria ni aparece, porque envía a una persona a que dé las llaves y encima pedía 400 euros de fianza en efectivo, a lo qué lógicamente me negué. La casa me costó 1605 euros por seis noches, y ni la llegamos a ocupar porque nos daba verdadero asco, pero la dueña no fue capaz de hacer absolutamente nada, ni de limpiar más ni tan siquiera devolver los 85 euros de la tasa de limpieza que supuestamente habría pagado a quien según ella habría limpiado la casa. NOS VIMOS EN LA CALLE A LAS 18 H, una familia entera de seis personas con un bebé de 2 años, y tuvimos que buscar un alojamiento alternativo, con el consiguiente gasto y trastorno que nos ocasionó, po

Sehr sauber und eine sehr schöne Villa

Wir waren mit meiner Familie in der Villa und uns hat es sehr gefallen. Es war sehr sauber schön eingerichtet und der Pool war auch sehr schön. Im großen und ganzen hat es uns sehr gefallen. Wir würden es mit 5 Sternen weiterempfehlen:)
