Enjoy your beautiful vacation in a country house in typical Tuscan style with large surrounding land in the hills between Montecatini Terme and Pistoia, surrounded by beautiful countryside. The property with lawn and garden is equipped with table tennis, slide and swing, barbecue, gazebo, tables and chairs for outdoor meals; beautiful and lighted bean-shaped pool equipped with shower, sun loungers, deck chairs and umbrellas; The access road is partially (about 200 m) unpaved. First floor: living room with satellite TV and bathroom with shower and direct access to the garden; 2 bathroom WC; living room with TV and fireplace, with direct exit to the garden; kitchen with direct exit to the garden; with independent access from outside a double bedroom with bathroom with shower. Second floor: 4 double bedrooms (one with extra bed), each with bathroom with shower. Another 4 double rooms, each with a bathroom with shower, have access from the outside. On the first floor one room remains closed as well as the cellar. The farmhouse was very rustic and beautiful. Grounds not well maintained. The pool was nice but unheated. Roads to Villa winding and diffulcult to travel....very remote.

What a gem!

Our family reunion was so relaxing at this villa. We were 7-71 years old and everyone marveled at the relaxing atmosphere of the villa. It is spacious, plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen was amazing - well stocked with cooking utensils , refrigeration and dinnerware. We ate outside most of the time, there are lots of tables and chairs inside and out. Additional places to sit and talk are everywhere! The pool a great place to hang out, swim, play or nap! We loved how close it is to town, including Florence, Vinci, Lucca, Pisa, but it is hidden up and away from it all. There are hiking and mountain biking trails right off the property. Thank you for sharing your villa with us, it was a marvelous stay. Everyone was so helpful.

Schönes Ferienhaus in toller Lage mit tollem Pool!

Das schöne Ferienhaus liegt ruhig und einsam in den Bergen der Toskana. Wir waren mit mehreren Familien dort und die Lage erlaubte es, auch abends draußen sitzen zu können ohne jemanden zu stören. Es gab mehrere Sitzgruppen im Freien und es war möglich an einer großen Sitzreihe gemeinsam zu essen. Dies ging auch im Haus sehr gut. Der Pool war toll! Sehr sauber und groß genug für alle zum Spaß haben. Das Grundstück ist riesig. Die Zimmer waren alle ziemlich gleichwertig und schön, was die Verteilung einfach machte. Jedes Zimmer hatte ein eigenes Bad. Nur das Zimmer, das von außen begehbar war, lag etwas abseits und war etwas weniger gemütlich. Die Dusche hier hatte keine Duschkabine, was etwas unpraktisch war. Die Küche war für große Gruppen gut ausgestattet. Die Großküchenspülmaschine fand ich unpraktisch. Es dauerte lange, bis das ganze Geschirr dann nach und nach durchgespült und abgetrocknet war. Da wären zwei normale Spülmaschinen besser gewesen. Es gab einen sehr großen tollen Kühlschrank und eine Gefriertruhe, was super war. Die Küche wirkte auf den Fotos etwas ungemütlich. Das war sie nicht, was sicher auch mit der Lage zu tun hatte. Sie grenzte an die Terrasse, auf der wir gegessen hatten und an den Esszimmerbereich im Haus, so dass die Küche auch immer mal ein Treffpunkt war. Die Fahrt hoch zum Ferienhaus war ein wenig abenteuerlich. Sehr eng, kurvenreich und steil mit wenig Ausweichmöglichkeit bei Gegenverkehr. Bei uns hatten es aber alle mit normalen Autos geschafft. Die Gegend bietet viele schöne Ausflugsmöglichkeiten. Durch die Gemütlichkeit des Hauses und das tolle Grundstück mit dem Pool kann man aber auch leicht schöne Tage des Nichtstun genießen. Wir fanden das Haus gut und können es weiterempfehlen. Sicher müsste nun an verschiedenen Stellen mal Hand angelegt werden, wie z.B. Türgriffe erneuern, etc.

Traumferienhaus in Mitten von Olivienbäumen

Sehr schönes Landhaus mit Hotelstandard ausgebaut. Es fehlt an nichts. Steckdosenadapter sind selber mitzubringen. Wer Ruhe und unbeschwerte Stunden am Pool sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und kümmert sich sehr schnell und unkompliziert um alles.
