Not enough words

Not enough words to describe. When I arrived for 2 days the AC did not work in my room but did in all others but hotel full. By the next morning (15 hours later) they had no idea how to fix it. And there was no hot water for showers. None. They blamed both on the city but clearly it was on them. Lots of little issues too. When the AC wasn't fixed and no hot water after 2 hours, I packed and left.
