Villa Giada is our home and for this reason it is a house that is not aseptic and false like many locations made especially for the rent patinated and plasticized by "non-place" and reflects our personality, our experiences and our travels.
The Villa has a lovely garden with swimming pool, a solarium terrace with hydromassage, an outdoor area for dining, and inside three double bedrooms with bathroom, an equipped kitchen, a large room with an external communicating balcony. On the ground floor, the furnishing style is ethnic while the two bedrooms on the first floor are different: one in the beach style because it communicates with the large solarium terrace, and the other is the "Ballerina" room. It is available ample parking
exclusive with automated gate for 3 cars. The house is located 6 km from the beaches of Forte dei Marmi in a quiet and residential environment near the city of artists "Pietrasanta". We live in the apartment on the zero floor of the villa and are always available to help our guests in any need while respecting and maintaining mutual privacy. Animals are not allowed because we have two cats living in the garden

Top woning - vakantie om nooit te vergeten
Het was een geweldige woning. Bij het ontvangst en het binnen komen voel je onmiddellijk de warmte van de eigenaars. Prachtige kamers, elk met zijn eigen badkamer. Het voelde elke dag een beetje als thuis komen. Alles was ook aanwezig: grote keuken, ruime frigo, gezellige tuin. Alles om er een perfecte vakantie van te maken. Ook de eigenaars Massimo en Cristina waren super vriendelijk. Niets was te veel en ze stonden altijd klaar om te helpen. Kortom: een top woning met alles op en aan. Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar!
