Not clean at all

Room was occupied by another guest. It was dirty. They figured out the issue. They gave me another room which was also dirty. They seems to be out of control. Hotel was not clean. I will not go there again.

This is the second time we stayed here, both nights we came in late but never had to wait at the desk, staff were there and quickly got us into the room. This time we got a fully renovated room and it was lovely.

Comme cet hĂŽtel n'a pas de climatisation, nous voulions ouvrir la fenĂȘtre pour avoir de l'air frais, mais le loquet Ă©tait brisĂ© et nous empĂȘchait d'ouvrir. Nous avons demandĂ© Ă  changer de chambre. Il restait une seule chambre de disponible et il y avait le mĂȘme problĂšme. Nous avons donc demandĂ© Ă  ĂȘtre remboursĂ©. Le gĂ©rant de l' hĂŽtel a acceptĂ© et nous a dit que le remboursement serait effectuĂ© dans les jours suivants par ExpĂ©dia. Cependant, ExpĂ©dia ne nous a pas rembourĂ© le total de la facture. Il nous a remboursĂ© seulement 80% de la facture. Je suis vraiment dĂ©cue. Pas certaine que j'utiliserai ExpĂ©dia dans le futur....

Chambre confortable et propre.

Excellent lit, belle vue sur le fleuve et propretĂ© irrĂ©prochable.. Le principal bĂ©mol est un salon de vidĂ©o poker Ă  mĂȘme le lobby de l'hĂŽtel qui attire une clientĂšle de fumeurs aux diffĂ©rentes portes d'accĂšs. L'insonorisation est perfectible.et notre chambre (118) Ă©tait situĂ©e de telle sorte que la clientĂšle devait passer devant notre porte. Ces inconvĂ©nients Ă©taient en partie compensĂ©s par une deuxiĂšme porte donnant sur notre espace de stationnement extĂ©rieur et face Ă  la mer.
