My husband and I were extremely disappointed with our stay at UT Flat the Seocho. The mattress in our room was very uncomfortable and made loud, disturbing noises every time we moved. We were unable to fall asleep due to noise from outside and footsteps from upstairs. Early in the morning, construction noise further disrupted our rest, despite the website claiming the rooms are soundproof. These conditions made the room essentially uninhabitable, forcing us to check out early and move to another hotel. To make matters worse, the property refused to refund the unused nights, which is completely unacceptable given the circumstances. Until management addresses the noise issues and invests in proper mattresses, we cannot recommend staying here.

This is my third time staying at this apartment residence in Seoul. This feels like home away home. It’s studio apartment with all the conveniences such as full kitchen, styler (in-home mini dry cleaning/wrinkle remover), and heated floors which is so helpful during cold season. The staff are so friendly and courteous. They send message every morning to check my convenient hours to refresh my room. There are many restaurants, cafes and shopping options. Locations is perfect as it’s near Nambu (3 train) terminal station and airport limousine station. It’s also walking distance to Seoul Arts Center.

Our 1bedroom was spacious and very clean. There’s small washer and styler for small amounts of laundry. Also the hotel price was reasonable for location. The only complaint was that no sign for hotel so it was a little bit difficult to find the hotel.

I say go for the bigger rooms, its worth it! Overall quite nice. You can easily and quickly text with the front desk people. Personally I liked building A over building B but thats because i had a smaller room in building B before upgrading to building A. There is construction nearby as of September/October 2025, but its ok. You can check in at any time. They are quite flexible with cleaning and checkout and can hold your luggage.

I stayed for nine nights and I have everything that I need in this place. Nice kitchen, washer, massage chair, well thought shelf organizer, and spacious. Restaurants and groceries are within short walking distance. The best part is the staff is very polite, helpful and super responsive. I would definitely come back for my next trip.
