Need to work on cleanliness

We stayed for 8 nights. The lobby was cosy and staffs were friendly and got us checked in early (arrived at about 12pm) without waiting till 2pm. When we went in the room, everything looks acceptable except for the toilet. I don't get it why they need to put a bathtub inside when the toilet was already so small. If take a look closer, there're a layer of dust on the bathtub and on the toilet. The cleanup and tidying up the room will only took place every 3 days &/ 4 days. On the 1st clean up, when we went back to our room end of the day, we saw the towels were placed on top of the toilet, not on the cover. We were speechless and then we saw small insects started crawling out from the toilet. The drainage in the bathtub was not cleaned up causing the water unable to flow. We have to clean up the hair in it by ourselves. We notified the front desk and they gradually accepted everything we feedback and did cleaning again on that day (supposed to be tidy up but they clean again). The small insects did not appear again that day till the day we checked out.

It’s a good choice if you’re on a budget. It’s a 8 minute walk to 2 of the metro station. There is a limousine bus stop to ICN airport 5 minutes walk away. 15 minute walk to Myeongdong night market and shops. Convenient stores and coffee shops near by.

The hotel was close to subway, shopping, myeongdong night market. It is not fancy at all, however, it was clean and the stay was pleasant.

Great location . Your almost in the middle of everything where you can visit like the n Seoul tower the palace or DDP and other tour spot and they all walking distance. I do recommend taking here because of the location but one thing I didn’t like was there towels I would say to bring your own they didn’t look clean ….

Very convenient location. With a corner store next to the hotel, and lots of restaurants around. Although rooms are a bit small, the beds are very comfortable. Definitely get the 2 twin bed room if you can. Would definitely stay here again.

The bathroom design was terrible. The tub has a shower setup that causes water to spill onto the floor during use, leaving the floor soaked after every shower. We had to use towels to dry it up each time. Additionally, the air conditioner is installed directly above the bed, so it blows cold air right onto you. If you turn it off, the room becomes uncomfortably hot. Also, they don’t change the bed sheets until after three days. For $100 or more it’s not worth the price at all.

I was disappointed at the general maintenance and cleanliness of the place. I was there for two weeks and saw fingerprint smudges all over glass doors at the entrance, elevators, etc. I went down for breakfast twice only because the second trip down for breakfast the people cooking the food handled the cash without changing their gloves and one of them (looked to be the head cook as he was instructing other cooks and same person who handled to cash) had a wound in his forearm that was barely covered by an old bandaid. I was grossed out at how he went from slicing oranges to taking the cash from me and right back to slicing oranges that he then adding to the container he brought out to the buffet table. I couldn’t eat there again after that. The bathrooms smell incredibly bad (we switched rooms/floors and it was the same problem which I believe to be from the drain and/or mold buildup around the corners of the bathroom). Because the curtains don’t prevent the water from getting to the floor, we were forced to use the majority of our towels on the floor (as did most of the guests because they left the wet towels outside their doors just as we did) and while I understand and am familiar with korean bathrooms and the use of the floor drain, it didn’t work that well in draining out the excess water. Towels were changed frequently but room was not tidied up per schedule. The women at the front desk were rude with the exception of Anida (???) she was 10/10!

I enjoyed the stay at the hotel, staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was booked for 3 adults but the sizing of the room wasnt good, one adult slept upstairs but couldnt stand up straight due to the height of the ceiling which became an issue with bad problems The actual hotel is well kept and very clean

Good hotel close to transit and myeongdong shopping area. Housekeeping was a bit off. They were supposed to tidy the room after 3 nights but showed up often in the evening when we were in the room. Same with 4 nights it's supposed to get cleaned more and they came in the evening when we were in the room.
