Very quiet sleep like baby, and on our 25 days leaving of backpack 7 different hotels it’s very nice walk in to place has washing machine and dryer.

First time in Seoul. This small hotel is tucked in a narrow corner, but it is right next to the main walking street for Insadong. The guy at the desk spoke great english and gave me a map of the neighborhood with recommended restaurants. I ate at a few of them and they were great. I was able to walk to both temples, and the village and myeongdong. There are 3 different subway stations that are all about 5-10 min walk away that can get you to other parts of Seoul like the markets and Gangnam. I had a free coffee in the cafe every morning and they have a free laundry in the basement which I used. The room was pretty big and the bathroom was big too. No shower curtain, which I guess is normal in Korea. I got a taxi to Gimpo at 5am and it was no problem and took about 30 min. Two free bottles of water in the fridge every day was very nice. Everyone recommends to stay in Myeongdong for a first timer, but I am really glad I stayed here in Insadong. It's closer to the tourist sites and less hectic and less commercial.

The Sunbee is tucked away in a quiet street but still close to Insadong Street. Nice spacious rooms and very quiet.

Sunbee was a great choice, loved the place and the property, staff were very nice and accommodating. The room and bathroom itself was beautiful. As two mid-twenty friends, we loved our stay here, even wish we stayed at Sunbee when we returned to Seoul. The room was spacious (king bed), lots of closet space and ground floor for storing the bags. The washroom was breathtaking after having stayed in questionable hotels and hostels previously. It is a wet bathroom in case you’re wondering. Quite safe with two doors to get into the room itself, and we were able to walk around the area at night though I’d advise of course always pairing up as you would with any city. The hotel is located close to both bus stops and subway stations and very close to Insadong st, Ikseondong (great for souvenirs and cafes), as well as the bigger attractions like Gyeongbokgung palace and others. Would highly highly recommend anyone to stay here - whether you’re younger friends/family, family with kids, or older adults. The hotel is quiet with no noisy distractions in the area.

You’ll appreciate this hotel so much more after your visit to the nearby palace. It’s design is similar to one of the buildings(?) there. Loved the simplicity yet very practical design. So much room for luggage. The heated floors when the temp dropped this weekend was a nice touch. The ease and ability to open windows along with a cooling system when the hotel got to hot from the heat. And the comfy bed made it a good nice rest after long days out. So close to insadong ro! Lastly, the staff are so respectful and helpful. Would stay again.

Great location.
Great hotel in a great location. Super kind and friendly staff, very clean, and nice coffee at the cafe to start your day. Easy walk to restaurants, convenience stores and grocery stores. A couple of blocks away from the main street. Nice little laundry area that the hotel lets you use.
