The stay was good the beds were small but very comfortable but the are conditioning need a lot of work. It never worked right and at one point they shut it off because someone complained that it was cold but then it became warm for everyone else for the rest of the night.

Shilla Stay Seodaemun Seoul Station does the big things well. Rooms are clean, hotel is well maintained. Breakfast is reasonable. Most interactions with staff in both Korean and English were pleasant and helpful, although there are some translation challenges in english, that is to be expected The little things need work. Bathrobes on occasion had holes. The breakfast menu remained exactly the same for our two week stay. Additionally, a few small coins went missing from our room. While front desk staff were understanding and helped us to resolve the situation, it was concerning. For what we paid, and what we needed from a room (a place to sleep while exploring Seoul), it was acceptable. Guests looking for a more luxurious experience should look elsewhere.

전반적으로 청소가 깔끔하지 못했음 매일제공되는 생수병이 뜯어져있거나 1병만 주고 어메니티 안채워져있기도함 청소후에 머리카락이 바닥과 욕조에남아있었음 오전 10시반부터 12시까지 회사 방침으로 호텔 에어컨을 끈다고함 너무너무 더워서 에어컨 켜달라고 요청했으나 회사방침이라며 안된다고 선풍기가져다줌 직원들 서비스는 좋았음

The staff were really helpful and always willing. to help. Benny was so courteous and welcomed us well on our first day. Overall excellent experience. The hotel is situated right at Exits 7 and 8 of Seodamun Subway/ Metro station and less than a minute walk from the airport limousine bus stop, alongside many others for easy transportation.
