Room was small. There is no A/C. No free bottled water. No toothbrush (you need to pay). Horrible location in the middle of nowhere. Literally no restaurants within walking distance. Staff neglected to tell me I had $100 USD credit for the room until we checked out. The only upside is the room decor, which was unique.

For a five star hotel, it feels like the service requires a significant upgrade. To begin with, there is a 15 GBP charge to access the sauna. Breakfast is also quite messy and consistently crowded. Furthermore, the lifts take an eternity to arrive, and quite often we found ourselves having to push open the gigantic front doors ourselves to enter or exit. Regarding our room, the shower water kept flowing out onto the floor. We also ran out of shower gel and had to go out to find staff to ask for more. Finally, the television did not work properly and was not suitable for non Korean speakers. The bed was comfortable, and the staff was friendly.

We stayed in a twin room. The bathroom lacked privacy and was very tight on space. The decour was outdated. The room space was also cramped. I expected more from a 5 star rated hotel. The restaurants were very good.

Great stylish hotel right in the heart of Itaewon. The location is super convenient considering there’s both a 7/11 and a Starbucks across the street. The rooms were clean. Beds were a little stiff but still comfortable after such a long flight! It made me sad I was only laying over in Seoul and wouldn’t have more time to spend. Highly recommend!
