Worst hotel.

It was a really dirty hotel. The smell of mold (like a basement) was so strong that I had to cover my nose with my clothes to sleep. I asked for a room change, but it turned out they just moved me to the room next door. Nothing had changed. It was truly a painful experience for six days.

Every interaction was professional, kind, and thoughtful — it’s clear that guest satisfaction is their top priority. The hotel itself is beautifully maintained and immaculately clean.
