Clean room, comfortable bed, lots of storage space for luggage and to hand up clothes. Concierge staff was great. When we first checked in, we smelled cigarette smoke in our room. We tried airing it out for a few hours while we went out. When we got back, the room still smelled. This was supposed to be a non smoking room. We called the front desk and they sent someone to come and smell our room. The man who came into our room said he couldn’t smell anything and told us he couldn’t do anything and told us to call the front desk. They sent a staff from the concierge staff he came in and said the room smelled so bad and apologized. He said the hotel is known for people smoking in rooms. He moved us into another room. The hotel did provide any comps for the inconvenience, except for the offer of a late check out which we did not take. The room was comfortable, but we prepared for the bathroom. There was a shower room in which the door did not close all the way and was not sealed well, the hand shower head faced the door so water went out on the bathroom floor. We spent each night drying the floor after showering. We had the coffee and the strawberry tea set. The coffee was very bland, and the tea set looked very pretty but the taste was so so.

Our room was cleaned each day... the staff did a wonderful job. They also left us an extra bottle of water/coffee pods each day... We loved the room we booked with the kitchen amenities . We make noodles we purchased at a local store and boiled eggs. We also like how theres a separate living area/ bedroom. I had to work from 11pm- 2am each day due to the time difference which didn't disturb my familr.

Stayed for a week in a serviced apartment, which was beautiful, clean and spacious. Many of the staff spoke excellent English, which was very helpful. Food was all lovely, room service food was hot, delicious and well presented, and breakfast was honestly the nicest I’ve had in any hotel. The concierge, Chris was extremely helpful before we arrived, arranging transport and so on, and lovely whilst we were there. Hotel is extremely well located. Arranged a late check out for us without issue. Cannot fault it in any way and will definitely stay again when we return to South Korea.

The best hotel in Gangnam area ! Very luxurious with beautiful antiques decor in the lobby from 19 & 20 centuries. The residential bedroom is spacious, clean and has everything what you need for longer stay like electric stove , refrigerator, freezer, microwave, kettle, coffee maker and The most important washer/dryer machine. Great amenities. Breakfast buffet is very delicious with a lot of variety of Korean food , eggs, soups, bakery , juices etc. it’s my first visit to Seoul and I’m happy with my choice!
