A pleasant stay overall. The staffs are really friendly and helpful. The room is clean enough for my standard. Walkable distance to Gangnam station area. It’s easy to get to everywhere from here and a lot of restaurants and cafes around which operates until the late hours.

Front desk staff were very friendly, honest, and helpful at every encounter. Our room was always cleaned very well and they provided all the necessities. There is heated flooring which was very comfortable. The only cons were that there was always groups of men smoking outside of the building or around the corner even though there is a no smoking sign. However, that’s out of the hotel’s control. The second con was that occasionally the water temperature was quite cold despite turning it to the hottest setting, but it only happened a few times. Other than that, we enjoyed staying at this hotel and looked forward to coming back to rest at the end of each day.

Friendly, courteous and helpful staff. Short walk about 5 to 10 mins to subway "Yeoksam" station and airport bus #6703 "Josun Palace Gangnam Hotel" stop. I wish there's English instructions for the two washing machines if they include the drying function. I didn't see any dryer in the laundry room.

Was here for a business trip in gangnam..hotel is clean, staff friendly, nearby got train station about 5 mins walk. Many convenient store nearby. BBQ restaurant nearby, cafes, bagel store. Two stations and its gangnam shopping district. Will definitely comeback. Not forgetting as I’m particular with cleanliness. Hotel is clean and comfortable for me.

Hotel itself, I would give it a perfect score basically. Cleanliness, friendliness/helpfulness of staff, accomodations, and price were all perfect. It is a bit of a walk from the station, about 8 minutes with a hill.
