Easy check in, great area, clean room but minor inconveniences with the room itself. A lack of outlets, especially next to the bed/nightstand. The bath/shower room was also a bit challenging since there wasnt space to set dry clothes down to change into if you’re sharing a room with a friend. Bit of mold on the ceiling there too. Otherwise, pleasant convenient stay close to Seoul Station with the Namsan cable car within walking distance

The laundry machines smell so bad. Since they're used by so many people, they need to be disinfected regularly. The room isn't well ventilated, and the air purifier is full of dust, making the air in the room worse. This could be detrimental to your health.

Great location. The room was clean and confortable, although small. The breakfast could be better. The coffee machine had only 2 options. The eggs and bacon were good. The pastries were average at best. It is the only negative thing about the place.

A lovely hotel in a great location. Really efficient check-in and check-out - super simple with the kiosks. The room is nicely set up with amenities like pajamas and slippers. The breakfast was great - a lot of variety, tea, coffee, juice, Korean dishes, and more. The location is perfect - restaurants and coffee shops around that are open late. Walked to Seoul station afterwards. Because it is on the 11th floor (you take the elevator to reception), it was really quiet. Didn’t hear any noise from the street at all. A solid place to stay in Seoul.

Room was extremely quiet even though I was on the 12th floor. Room had all amenities and the area had lots of restaurants. Staff is friendly and kind. Concierge helped make a phone call to a store which saved me a trip as the item was out of stock. I appreciated the help as I don’t speak Korean. I will return to this hotel.

We had a room on 19th floor with view to mountains and Palace Which was great. The room is smaller than photo because most of space is taken up with the bathroom, there was no space for 2 suitcases. Great location with very friendly and multilingual staff! Very clean rooms, comfy beds and they even have laundry/ dryer on the reception floor with a dispenser for laundry soap! Very convenient location with CU and starbucks on the first floor! Plenty of restaurants walking distance with the subway close by. The only thing I would've loved was if there was a gym, but otherwise 5/5! Would highly recommend!

Room was small, was very clean. Double bed was right up against the window so hard to get in from that side. Mattress was too firm, had aches and pains on the first day. Just be mindful they don’t hoover, clean bathroom and change bed sheets every day. Not much choice in vegetarian options at breakfast which was disappointing. All the cooked dishes had meat in it Good location though, city hall subway is just a short distance walk away.
