Good location and clean. I expected more amenities in the bathroom for a 4* star hotel...i.e. no toothbrush. Called the reception for a razor which they wanted to charge me KRW 6,500 but got one next door for 1,500.

In an excellent, convenient location, the hotel is clean, the rooms spacious and comfortable, and had great amenities like in room laundry and kitchen. I enjoyed the bath/spa too.

What a great stay. 5 nites. So much to see with easy access to metro transit. Fun shopping and dining within walking distance. And after a long day being a tourist, the quiet and comfort of our room was greatly appreciated.

Loved our stay at Fraser Place. The washing machine in the room was great as it meant we could pack less and have more luggage space to bring home snacks and souvenirs from Seoul. The location of the hotel was excellent. It’s within walking distance to Myeongdong and Namsan tower and right next to Namdaemun market. There are excellent transport links via buses and the subway. The hotel was clean and facilities were great. Staff were also really welcoming and helpful. Would stay here again if I’m ever back in Seoul! Thank you Fraser Place!

Wonderful stay! Everyone at the hotel was so helpful and kind. We were able to check in early when we got there, and when I wanted to change rooms they tried very hard to find us a room that would accommodate our needs. So many places are within walking distance like Namdaemun market, Lotte department store (basement has an amazing food court), Myeong Dong and so much more. The place is kept so clean by the amazing cleaning staff who are so nice. Gym has everything you need with a great view and a clean sauna to end your workout.

Best place is Fraser Place

The stay was amazing! We booked for two different occasions during a stop over before going to japan and at our return. In both occasions staff went above and beyond. Super central hotel, clean, new installations, comfy beds, pretty big sized rooms for Asia in general. Loved it and will make it my hotel of choice in Seoul.

What a wonderful place to spend sister time in Seoul! This was BETTER THAN EXPECTED and we were so glad that we chose this location! So close to Namdaemun's shopping and eating area, as well as Myeondongs night market and the Bangsan Baker's wholesale market! WE were able to visit the Modern Museum of Modern and Contemporary Art and some other art institutions along the way. We were also close to the Palace and could observe the changing of the guard ceremony on our way back from the museums. The hotel staff was friendly and often greeted us every time we exited or entered the lobby with a smile and good morning,afternoon or evening. Jimmy at the front desk checked us into the hotel on June 2nd and Eric checked us out from the hotel today and helped reserve and order a taxi for our next stay in Gangnam area of Seoul. Jimmy stood out the most to me because he also seemed to really enjoy his job of meeting the guests. His friendly disposition was welcoming and helped to make me feel like the Fraser Place Namdaemun had a "friend" who cared about me during my June 2nd-June 5th, 2024 stay here. My only small issue with the Fraser place was I inquired if we could get extra bed linen for the pull out sofa, but they said it was going to cost me 45,000 won extra a day. I opted for the extra thin blankets that served us better at no additional fee. there was also some forgotten dust on the lamp shades that should be cleaned to keep the room first rate! Thanks so much!
