Staff were clean, our cleaning lady was especially attentive and kind. We loved the comforter but not the mattress so much; it was okay. The area is so so but definitely helpful that it's so close to the subway station. A bit far from all the main attractions. Hotel being right next to the train station was a bit loud and was not helpful trying to cure my jet lag but honestly it's a great hotel for the value
