🚨 House Rules (Must Read)
- Check-in/out : Check-in 3:00 PM / Check-out 11:00 AM (Early check-in or late check-out requires advance inquiry and is 10,000 KRW per hour).
- Parking : No on-site parking. We recommend using the "Yanghwajin Public Parking Lot" (5-min walk).
- No Smoking (Including e-cigarettes) : Strictly forbidden indoors. Violation fee: 200,000 KRW + immediate check-out.
- Security : Outdoor entrance is monitored by CCTV for your safety (No indoor cameras).
- Quiet Hours : After 9:00 PM. Please be mindful of neighbors in this quiet residential area.
- Pets : Strictly prohibited. Violation fee: 200,000 KRW.
- Shoes : Please take off shoes at the entrance and wear indoor slippers provided.
- Toilet : Do NOT flush wet wipes, sanitary products, or household waste. Clogging repair fee: 500,000 KRW.
- Cooking : Simple cooking only. Strictly NO strong odors (e.g., fried fish, barbecue, strong stews/soups).
- Hair Dyeing : Strictly prohibited indoors. Damage to towels/bedding/floors will incur cleaning or compensation fees (up to 200,000 KRW).
- InsectS : Thorough pest control is done regularly, but due to the building structure, external insects may occasionally enter. Please keep screens closed when ventilating. (No refunds for external insects; sensitive guests please book with caution.)
🧹 Check-out Manners
- Please wash used dishes.
- Please put leftover food in the designated refrigerator container.
- Turn off all appliances (AC, floor heating) when going out or checking out.
- Take full indoor trash to the outdoor recycling bin outside the main door (please sort recyclables).
If the trash can in the room is full, you can leave it in the trash bin right outside the front door, and we will take care of it for you!
