清掃がしっかりしている。

新村の7番出口から出るととても近かったです！ 周辺はラブホテル街のようですがこちらのゲストハウスは怪しい感じはなく至って普通のゲストハウスでした。 向かう途中にCU(コンビニ)もありますし、飲食店も多くあるので環境は良いと思います。 部屋も思っていたより綺麗で毎日お掃除をしてくれているようです。 宿泊者がチェックアウトした後にきちんとシーツを交換しており、シャワールームも清掃していてゲストハウスにしては掃除が行き届いているなという印象を受けました。 ゲストハウスの入り口もロックが掛かるようになっており、宿泊者しか暗証番号(メールにて暗証番号と自分の部屋番号、ベット番号を送ってくれます)を知らないようなのでセキュリティ面で安心しました。 二段ベットの下のベットにはカーテンのような布があり、人に見られることがないということもポイントが高いと思います！ また、オーナーさんは日本語が話せないようですが英語や韓国語を交えて話してくれますしとても良い方だと思います。 場所がとても良いところなのでまた泊まりたいと思っています。

モーテル街の隠れ家ゲスハ

新村駅から徒歩５分。モーテル街の中にあります。　もともとはモ－テルだったのを外国人向けのゲスハとして使っているのだと推察。 スタッフさんは若い方で英語で対応。チェックイン時に、日本語で書かれた禁止事項を読まされます。 荷物置いて寝るだけだったら設備は十分ですが、タオルが匂うことがあるので気になる方は持参したほうがいいかも。 なお、スタッフさんがフロントで大きな音で音楽をかけていたり、共用のキッチンで寝ていたりします。まああまり気になりませんがｗ

Right from the start the manager was extremely rude at check in. The other staff member were friendly, but it was like he knew that he was ripping us off right from the start. Extremely rude.

Superb location and friendly staff

Receptor is very nice and talkative. There is free breakfast. Location is superb, close to Sinchon center street, metro station and many universities. Very nice hostel for a very nice price.

Small hostel at fun district in Seoul

The hostel is rather small, but cosy and meets basic requirements. There is only a small "hangout area" where also breakfast is (self) served (toast, some jams, coffee). The toilet and shower being inside the room is on the one side handy, but on the other can be quite noisy for the rest of the guests as it isn't sound isolated. Would also have been nice if there was a lock for the bathroom door. The hostel is located rather centrally, close to a busy student/university district, hence there are a lot of restaurants and bars, etc. These are though a couple of blocks away, so no need to worry about sound pollution at the hostel itself. Overall, the quality is fine considering the price and I wouldn't mind staying there again.

the most horrible place and expensive

wow I felt like I was in 80s. this is not hotel nor motel . it's more like inn. and they built in weird way. let me explain. the location is good it's in shincon but with this price you can go better clean safe place. only foriefner stay. room is too cold. heating system won't work. stairs are uneven. doorknob is easily can be breakable. unclean. and this whole this is 50 dollar ! in shincon there's more nice motel out there. never ever go this place. you guys should renovate the building itself. it's too old or make it extremely cheap! 정망 엉망인 곳. 빙딩이 이상하게 지어졌고 오래돼서 계단도 층계가 다 달라서 걸어 올라가기도 힘들고( 엘베 없음) 웃풍 들고 히팅 시스템조 없고 더럽고 구조도 이상하게 개조해서 외국인들만 잔뜩있는데 진심으로 그들에게 그 근처에 이 가격이면 다른데 갈 수 있다고 친정히 알려주고 싶은 마음이 굴뚝 같아요. 이건 별 4개가 아니라 시골 여인숙이 아늑하고 쾌적할 듯. 이런 곳은 호텔스 닷컴에 안 올라왔으면 좋겠어요. 낚인 느낌 ! 다은 피해자들은 위해 열심히 후기 올려요 절대 절대로 아닙니다. 5000이나 만원이라면 일박하겠음

駅から徒歩3分！最高

駅から近いホテルで素晴らしかったです。結構ラブホテルなどが周りにあるゴリゴリのホテル街に立地していましたが、道路に比較的近いので治安は問題ないですね。 ホテル情報からはわかりませんでしたが、ドライヤーは部屋に付いているし、ヘアアイロンも貸し出ししていて良かったです。コンセントも十分にありました。バスルームは浴槽なしユニットバスでしたが、シャンプーボディーソープもあり大満足。ホテルスタッフもとても優しかったです。一泊¥3000という破格とこのクオリティなので、高評価です。 また利用したいと思いました。

予約したとき、英語でのメールが届き親切だと思った。 ゲストハウスの位置は近くに空きがあるため便利かと思いきや、明洞の方に行くには乗り換えがややこしい。また、ホテル街みたいでなんか不安だった。 フロントの人は日本語話せないが英語が話せたのでよかった。 部屋はまず匂いがきつかった。そして暑い。エアコンの効きがかなり悪い。虫が大量発生。蜘蛛やらゴキブリやらとりあえず足を床につけたくないくらい。冷蔵庫は冷凍庫のように水が凍る。トイレは案の定トイレットペーパーは流せない。

The staff was good. However, due to the windbag women visitors in my room and lounge, I couldn’t sleep well. In addition, the water pipe of sink was stuck by her hair, so I couldn’t use it, either. I’m not sure I will use it again.

我住二人房，附有私人廁所。地方細，可以打開一個29吋喼和一個25吋喼，之後沒有空間，所以每日都必需關喼。但對兩個人來講，空間都夠用。地方清潔整齊。房間內有部細雪櫃和一部PC。老闆eric很好人，會解答我們問題，還會幫我哋購買門票同叫炸雞宵夜。但行李需要自己攞上樓，沒有電梯。酒店沒有洗衣機。 地點位於新村，非常方便，夜晚附近很多食堂，宵夜非常方便。

good location close to sinchon station. rooms are clean,bathroom and shower located in room, breakfast is ok do it yourself eggs and toast. can wash clothes for free, but pay for dryer!!! mainly asian tourists, no other western travelers that i saw. would definitely stay again, good experience.
