Wonderful hotel. View from our room was incredible, and amazing to have our own jacuzzi with that view. It is a smaller hotel which suited us, so it was quiet but with lots of nice restaurants and cafes a few minutes walk away (the restaurant round the corner with boar photo on the outside had the best bbq we had in Korea, and found out later it is award winning). Staff are very nice and attentive. Loved the little touches e.g. they had set up the traditional korean games featured in squid games to try out in the games room. Breakfast was very varied too. We wish we could have stayed for longer!

The property is new and quite a bit of distance from the airport. The rooms are clean and spacious with in-room Jacuzzi. The rooms have a sea view and itโ€™s great for couples planning to spend romantic holiday in Jeju. On the flip side, the breakfast has largely Korean options. The swimming pool is something to talk about but fitness centre and other amenities are quite average. Everything is chargeable including the delayed checkout (charged by the hour). Overall a comfortable stay and good for one time visit

GoldOne Hotel was home for our family of five adults for three beautiful days while exploring the southern and eastern coasts of Jeju.The staff were so friendly and helpful. So nice to float in the pool after a day of hiking, touring. The restaurant was quiet at night and I enjoyed that. The Kimchi Ramen soup was my favorite!

The room is clean and spacious. The staff service is great. I booked the room with a view, it has a great view. I liked the swimming pool, the water is warm and comfortable for swimming. I didn't like the breakfast buffet. The food variety is limited.

Itโ€™s cool. If you are looking for a quieter spot close to beach itโ€™s good. But thereโ€™s nothing around the hotel for walking except a few cafes. The pool is nice. The gym is not good just treadmills. Parking was good. Overall good place for quietness.

Staff was very friendly and tried to help the best they could, but this hotel was the dirtiest and unkept of any hotel I have traveled to in a decade. Will never go back here.

Amazing staff

If I could have given extra stars for service, I would have. The staff of this hotel is amazing. They are helpful, super accommodating, and the friendliest people you can wish for on your stay. Remember to take the breakfast buffet, it's amazing and worth the additional cost. My only negative would be that the hotel could use some modernization and overall touch-ups, and the fitness room is below par.

The hotel is in Seogwipo, the South part of the island, approx. 55 min drive from Jeju City airport. The area is quiet and secluded, but this also means there is a drive to get anywhere. The closest sandy beach is a 20 min drive. Given the location, a car is really needed. We didnโ€™t have one and Uber-ed everywhere which can get expensive. The hotel while older, is quite beautiful, especially inside - the rooms and lobby decor are sparkling. The pool area outside can use some updating, especially the lounge chairs and umbrellas. The breakfast was very good, lots of choices both Korean and Western. The hotel also has nice facilities including a gym and a playroom for children. In addition, it has free laundry which is unique for hotels. We really enjoyed our time there and the staff was always attentive to our needs and helpful.
