It was a lovely hotel with excellent staff and services. My only recommendation would be to update the rooms, particularly the bathroom, as the mirror and sink are quite old and rusty. Overall, the customer service was outstanding, and the food was great.

Nice hotel

Nice hotel with great staff. Really enjoyed our stay. Only issue was our room was located near fire exit door that was left open during the night causing the wind to travel and making our room door bang through the night waking us up. Even after notifying reception we had to get up 3 nights in a row to close the fire exit door despite it being closed before going to bed. The balcony doors are also really flimsy and during a storm sounded like they were going to come off, the rattling kept us up most of the night. Overall though enjoyed our stay and the staff can’t don’t enough for you so would stay again if in the area.

The reception allowed us to leave our luggage in the hotel one day before our check in date. I was planning to book a room for our luggage as we didnt want to bring them for glamping but they said that we could leave our luggage in the reception area and they will keep them in the reception room until our check in the next day. We really appreciate this kind gesture.

Staff were great. The property is outdated. Our room was initially the pool view and cost more than our families 2x room with no view. We upgraded to the suite with no view at an extra cost. Much better, but the shower with a curtain in a tub with a slow drain really sucked. The breakfast and room service food was excellent.

Hendra was amazing , i asked if they had coconut on the drinks menu, they didnt but he went out of his way to buy some outside the hotel and bring it to me , for free!! Staff were very friendly and really helpful when asked of. The buffet breakfast each day was really lovely. The rooms were fine and had the amenities needed. Each day the rooms were cleaned and bed made beautifully. I would definitely stay here again if I go back to Bali.

I had a fantastic stay at the Horison Seminyak Hotel! The room was impeccably clean with daily service, and the staff were friendly and attentive. The large dining area and poolside seating were highlights, and its central Seminyak location—steps from beaches, restaurants, cafes, and shops—made it perfect. Highly recommend!

It was ok, staff were excellent, room was neat & tidy, mattress was very hard which we didn’t like. The pool was ok but a bit weird being so close to reception & the restaurant. Be nice if the roof top section with spa was open past 7pm for drinks at night.
