Don’t think about booking, just book it. It’s without doubt the best 3star accommodation I’ve been to. We travelled with our 15yo and a week wasn’t long enough. From the initial first greeting upon arrival to our final farewell, the entire staff are an absolute dream. Friendly, courteous, genuinely interested in you as a person and not just a guest and nothing is too much trouble. The property is tucked away from the main road so noise isn’t an issue, beds are comfortable, rooms are spacious and the pool is a step outside your door. We’ve committed to revisiting next year. The countdown is on.

Great Boutique hotel

I love Bali Ginger Suites. This is the third time I have stayed at this property. I normally like to move around and stay at different places, but this small boutique hotel is just lovely. The position is perfect, the staff are so friendly and the value for what you pay is really good. This time I stayed in the 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom private villa with our own pool. This villa is lovely, quite spacious and more than enough room for 2 couples to share. It is so lovely to be able to relax in your own private area. The pool is large enough to relax in, not quite do laps, but certainly big enough for 4 people to cool off in. An extensive breakfast was served each day to our villa, all ordered from an a la cart menu. The location is great, just a short walk to either Jl Drupadi, or JL Camplung Tanduk, it is literally 10 minutes from everywhere.

Fabulous coffee

We stayed twice at Bali Ginger Suites during our 2 week trip to Bali, at the beginning and end of our trip. We really loved the small boutique feel of this place. There were no children staying there which helped to keep it quiet. With only 10 rooms you get to know all of the staff. we stayed in a pool access room. The rooms are simply decorated, but very comfortable. My bed was really nice to sleep in, with lovely linen. The pool is small, but big enough to cool down in on a warm day. The breakfast is fairly limited, but they have an espresso machine and the coffee is really very good. The location is great, not far from anything. 5 min to Jl Legian, less than 10 min to the beach or Eat St. We really enjoyed our stay and would be happy to recommend it to others.

Perfect haven

A quiet relaxing refuge despite being in quite a busy area. The two of us stayed in a one bedroon villa which was excellent. Housekeeping offered daily and breakfast was delicious each morning. Hidden Gem

The villa is hidden and sometimes hard to find but it is located close to the beach, restaurants, and shops. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. Any problems we had, the staff made sure we were pleased with the service. The room we had was spacious and clean. If you're not a fan of the wild life I suggest you get a room where the bathroom is not outdoors because you will have crawling visitors. Overall great stay!

Great staff

We stayed in the 2 bedroom villa, which they had set up nicely with 1 double and 2 twin beds. Staff at the villa are absolutely outstanding, they can't do enough to help you and remember your names, and always go out of their way to greet you and ask if you need anything. The plunge pool in the villa was nice, as was the separate bathrooms and the bug spray provided to spray your rooms with. The only thing i think they could improve on was that the beds were a bit hard and the pillows weren't great - if they could get some feather pillows it would have been 5 stars for everything!

No "Balcony" as advertised...

balcony room was kitchenette with screen wall = no balcony, with view of alley. complained to staff, "yeah, this is the balcony". rustic furnishing, bathroom okay. Grunpy reception check in, Bar tender polite.
