ACHTUNG! Irreführende Angaben, versteckte Zusatzkosten und massive Geräuschbelästigung!!Als "beliebte Ausstattungsmerkmale" werden eine Waschmaschine und ein Trockner genannt. Da wir mit 3 Personen für 12 Tage da waren, freuten wir uns, nicht so viel Wäsche einpacken zu müssen.Vor Ort kam dann die große Überraschung:Waschmaschine und Trockner sind nicht frei zugänglich. Um diese nutzen zu können, muss erst die "Hausdame" angesprochen werden, damit ein "Termin" vereinbart werden kann.Allein das empfanden wir schon als Zumutung, da wir im Urlaub großen Wert auf Ruhe und Autonomie legen. Getoppt wurde das Ganze dann durch die "Gebühr", die man zahlen sollte. 3 Euro je Waschgang und 3 Euro pro Trocknung. Ich habe den Vermieter kontaktiert und bekam zu hören: "Das müssen Sie mit FeWo-direkt klären, in meiner Gästeinformation steht das" Da wir die Gästeinformation zum Zeitpunkt der Buchung nicht einsehen konnten, fand ich diese Antwort einigermaßen dreist.Die Fotos der Unterkunft vermitteln mehr Platz, als eigentlich vorhanden ist. Direkt gegenüber der Unterkunft befindet sich eine Großwäscherei. Ab 6 Uhr morgens herrscht dort erheblicher Lärm durch an- und abfahrende LKW. Steht natürlich auch nicht in der Beschreibung. Das Wasser in der Dusche läuft extrem langsam ab, sodass man nach wenigen Sekunden im Duschwasser steht.Da die Unterkunft von Hecken und Sträuchern umgeben ist, wäre ein Insektenschutz in den Fenstern von großem Vorteil.

Sellin und Umgebung sind eine Reise wert und da das Wetter meistens gut war haben wir viel gesehen und eine gute Woche gehabt. Die kleine Ferienwohnung ist wie beschrieben in einem separaten Häuschen hinter der eigentlichen Villa Vitalis. Um Sellin und den Osten der Insel Rügen zu sehen ist die Wohnung günstig gelegen (zu Fuß 5 bis 10Minuten zu Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten,10Min zur Seebrücke, 10Min zum Bahnhof des Rasenden Roland, ca 15Min zum Südstrand). Viele Wandermöglichkeiten bieten sich an. Die Wohnung ist für 2 Personen ausreichend, aber enger als es auf den Fotos aussieht. Es gibt eine kleine Terrasse, dort können auch 3 oder 4 Personen am Tisch sitzen. Das Haus liegt neben dem Parkplatz der Villa Vitalis, dort parken auch Kunden und Personal der Physiopraxis - geöffnet ab 7 Uhr. Direkt hinter dem Haus ist ein Betrieb bei dem es auch an einigen Tagen ab 6Uhr LKW Verkehr gab. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Die Grundausstattung für eine Woche Aufenthalt mit einer Rolle Toilettenpapier und einem SpülmaschinenTab sollte der Vermieter nochmal überdenken.

Quartier entsprach komplett unseren Vorstellungen
Es war alles bestens organisiert: Küchenausstattung, Gartenmobiliar einschl. Grillmöglichkeit, Parkplatz vor der Tür, Entfernung zum Strand ideal, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe
auch die freundl. Betreuung von Anna soll nicht unerwähnt bleiben
