Entsprach unseren Vorstellungen. Gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis
Zentrale Lage an der Straße, Autoverkehr wurde nicht als störend empfunden. Schlafen mit offenem Fenster ist sehr gut möglich. Bäderbahn Haltestelle in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Sehr schöner Urlaub
Die Ferienwohnung hat alle Ausstattung, die man braucht, liegt zentral in Sellin mit schneller Erreichbarkeit von Bäcker, Edeka, Strand und Selliner See. Die Lage an der Hauptstraße war uns aus der Beschreibung bekannt, das ist der einzige kleine Nachteil, mit dem wir aber gut leben konnten. Von 23-5 Uhr ist die Straße ruhig. Mit Oropax konnten wir bei angekipptem Fenster schlafen. Später nach Gewöhnung auch ohne Ohrenstöpsel. Die Vermieter und die Servicefrau vor Ort sind sehr nett, entgegenkommend und kommunikativ. Gerne wieder.

Whng 4 Kann man auf jeden Fall wieder machen
Das Objekt ist gut zu erreichen,die Kontaktperson vor Ort ist sehr freundlich und bei auftretenden Problemen hilfsbereit.Die Wohnung selbst ist in einem guten Zustand,es ist alles da was man zum Aufendhalt benötigt.Übernommen haben wir die Wohnung sauber und ordentlich.Zum Bäcker sind es gerade mal 5Minuten,zur Ortsmitte ca.10,und die Kaufhalle erreicht man mit dem Auto in ca 5 Fahrminuten,also alles perfekt.

Die Ferienwohnung war so wie im Inserat beschrieben, alles funktionierte und wir waren sehr zufrieden.
Etwas laut war es da es direkt an der Straße liegt ( Bus, Auto)aber da gewöhnt man sich schnell dran.
Es war ein schöner Urlaub.

Gute Lage aber laut
Die Wohnung insgesamt ist sehr sauber und die Ausstattung in Ordnung. Leider sind die Matratzen durchgelegen und das Bett nicht sonderlich bequem. Wir haben alternativ vergeblich versucht das Klappsofa im Wohnzimmer zu aktivieren, was nicht möglich war. In der Wohnküche gibt es keinen Esstisch und keine normalen Stühle, stattdessen einen Hochtisch mit Barhockern und einem nicht funktionierenden Kochfeld in der Mitte auf dem man hätte essen sollen. Dies obwohl es eine komplette Einbauküche mit Herd gibt. Der Balkon ist eher als französischer Balkon zu sehen. Er befindet sich direkt an der Hauptstraße etwa einen Meter oberhalb des Fußgängerwegs. Also praktisch nicht nutzbar.
Das Badezimmer ist groß genug, sauber und es gibt eine Badewanne mit komplizierter Faltwand zum Duschen. Die Duscharmatur war schon bei Anreise defekt und nur schwer zu bedienen. Dies wurde auch während unseres Aufenthalts nicht repariert.
Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter lief schleppend, teilweise wurden emails erst nach 3 Tagen oder gar nicht beantwortet. Es gibt kein wlan.
Aufgrund der Lage direkt an der Hauptstraße und den schlechten Betten haben wir uns letztlich dazu entschieden, das Apartment einen Tag früher zu verlassen als geplant.
Das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis ist nicht gerechtfertigt.

Bezaubernde kleine Wohnung
Es war eine kleine aber feine und völlig ausreichende Wohnung. Es fehlte an nichts bei der Ausstattung. Alles war sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Schlüsselübergabe klappte reibungslos. Nur ein kleiner negativer Aspekt war die Lage des Schlafzimmers zur Hauptstraße. Aber das hat unserem schönen Aufenthalt keinen Abbruch getan. Weiter positiv zu erwähnen ist auch die Strandnähe...es waren lediglich 10 Minuten Laufweg.

Gefiel gut. Wohnung zentral gelegen mit eigenem Parkplatz.
Ausstattung der Ferienwohnung gut. Couch im Wohnbereich und Bett bzw. Matratze
sollte erneuert werden. Schlafzimmer zur Straßenseite hin, teilweise sehr laut. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis gut.

Für 2 Personen gut geeignet
Schlüsselübergabe war Bestens, Lage ist in Ordnung, Bäcker in der Nähe, zur Seebrücke ca. 10 Min Fußweg, es ist in der FeWo alles da, was man benötigt, allerdings sollten die elektrischen Geräte, wie Kaffeemaschine und Toaster mal getauscht werden. Für 2 Personen hat die Whg. perfekte Größe.

nette Wohnung aber nur für bis zu 2 Personen
Eine sehr hübsche kleine Wohnung, gute Lage, und vor allem eine sehr nette, hilfsbereite Ansprechperson vor Ort. Leider fanden wir die Wohnung für mehr als 2 Personen nicht angebracht. Erstens ist die Bettcouch im Wohnzimmer wirklich äußerst unbequem und zweitens sind die Vorhänge im Wohnzimmer so lichtdurchlässig dass es die ganze Nacht über fast taghell ist, wegen der Straßenlaternen vor dem Haus. Also für 2 Personen durchaus zu empfehlen, für mehr erst wenn es bessere Vorhänge und eine bequemere Schlafcouch gibt.
