Clean rooms with nice ocean views

This property was good with nice views of the ocean and a path down to the beach. The room was clean and with no special amenities but serviceable.

The property was near the beach in Homer. The rooms were manufactured housing in a long strip. It was quiet and comfortable. We stayed one night before our trip to Kodiak. It was close to the airport and the harbor. I would recommend and go back.

Very easy to find. We were running late and the Inn keeper was still up to greet us. It was a very nice touch. He had given me instructions in case he had left the office as to where the key would be located.

The view makes this motel wonderful! It’s a little outdated but that is part of its charm. Private beach access and gorgeous views were great. Be sure to get a second story beach view room.

We enjoyed our stay at this property! It was very clean and comfortable. The view was amazing and it's nice that every room has their own balcony with a view. You could also easily walk down to the beach! The only things that could have made our stay better was breakfast and blackout curtains.

Property location right near the water with a great view of the ocean. The resort itself is dated and rooms were tired. The front desk owner was very nice and friendly and gave us a free upgrade to a room with a better view. There’s a bath to the beach from the property which is a pretty walk and fun to do. Drivable to all of Homer and things to see and do.

I felt the description was wrong. It appears that you would be on the beach. Only one of 4 buildings is on the beach. Most of the rooms had a good view of the beach and you could walk down to the beach on a path.

We loved our stay at The Ocean Shores! The view from our room window was awesome and beautiful! the path to the beach was easy to navigate and the beach was pretty cool! The location is perfect: close to restaurants and the spit. we actually spent an entire afternoon just sitting on the balconey soaking up the sun and enjoying the scenery.
