La richiesta di cambiare la lampadina del bagno perché bruciata e mi è stata consegnata la lampadina in mano, non potevo cambiarla perché non avevo il cacciavite, l’ho comunicato ma non è cambiato nulla. Un po’ più di attenzione nella pulizia
