Perfect winter break in Seefeld

We had a lovely 3 night stay at VAYA Seefeld. The hotel is perfectly located near Seefeld town and is well connected with buses and the main train station. The hotel itself was very well maintained, modern but with a traditional feel. Our room was immaculate - the house keeping team had left our room spotless. Our room was a good size and the bathroom was of a high standard. Our room had a balcony with a nice view too. The facilities in the hotel were also really clean, it was nice to have the pool and spa area to relax. The restaurant was of a high standard, breakfast was always well stocked and our evening meals (included) were beautifully presented and delicious. The staff were always friendly when we had interactions. We would definitely stay here again.

We stayed in the 5 bedroom chalet. It was beautiful & had so much space. Unfortunately the in room sauna didn’t work our 1st night, but the manager allowed us to use the hotels’ sauna after hours which was nice. They got the sauna working our 2nd night. Only issue was parking - it was $16/day if you’re even given a spot (there are only a few - they didn’t initially give us one & we drive around for an hour looking for street parking with no luck). For the price, parking should be included

We had a lovely 7 night stay at this hotel with our 2 small children on a half board basis. What particularly stood out was standard and variety of food every night, we ate so well! We also really liked the pool and the kiddy club - which our girls (6 and 3) insisted on going to every afternoon. Great location next to the station, and short walk into the centre of Seefeld.

The views are breathtaking from the 3rd floor. Our room had everything we wanted and I’m sure they upgraded our room to tick all those boxes. Our room was a large suite, 2x bathrooms, great terrace balcony and a choice of cotbeds or single beds for the little ones. The snow added to our magical Christmas break. Chef produced 4x courses that were beautifully presented and tasted delicious, even for a fussy eater like me. The other 2x course were the salad buffet and cheese/grape selection. Staff are super friendly and happy to help with any request. Cosy log fire downstairs with our free cake and coffee at 4pm. Our almost 3 year old enjoyed the softplay. Her main course each day was also great. Hotel has a lovely traditional feel. Church with Christmas market is 5mins walk and the train station is situated just before you get there. 1hour - Horse carriage ride €55 for our whole family was the perfect way for us to get around with the little ones. We purchased several drinks from the bar on the first night and purchased amaretto/coke, and mozart chocolate from the supermarket for the remaining 3 nights. I have taken so many photos. Austria is definitely one of my new favourites.

This hotel is situated across the railway line from the village of Seefeld which could not be any more convenient. It seems to keep its traditional Tyrolean style. We were upgraded to a deluxe room from a superior room. Parking had all been taken up and the hotel offered a place in the underground car park free of the seven euro price per night. The staff were excellent and polite. The manager Veronika was available during breakfast and evening meal. The evening meal was a six course fine dining experience for five nights with excellent buffet for the other two nights.

Good location, okay food.

Normal hotel experience. We stayed half board and found the breakfast to be good. Evening meals were okay however real lack of vegetables with main course. SPA / Wellness facilities more family friendly not ideal as a couple. Close to train station and town center. Found the bed and pillows a little soft for us.

Best kept secret in Austria

The hotel is charming, friendly and very welcoming but what makes it standout is the amazing staff. I have never felt so welcome or pampered in a hotel ever! My son turned 23 while we were there and from the information we provided at check in someone instructed the kitchen to make a birthday cake for him which they presented to us at dinner. I will always make a point if returning to the hotel Veronika.

Dedicated hotel service

I want to thank Veronika and amazing team that they made our first trip to Austria unforgettable and memorable. When we arrived at hotel a lovely male receptionist explained about hotel and took us to our free upgraded room. About room - spotless clean, bed is very comfortable, heating a bit too warm (but I liked it) lovely balcony and spacious wardrobe. About tea, coffee and cake from 4pm - cakes tasted wonderful. every single day we had a little snack before dinner in a cosy lounge by the fire place. at first I couldn't believe it was complimentary. About breakfast - Everyday loads of variety of bread, cereal, yogrut, meat and juice. There was even smoked salmon ! as well and everything was tasty. About dinner - 4 course very high quality dishes with salads bar. I didn't expect that much delicious food every day. it was absolutely exquisite and I miss it very much. About staff - Every single staff at Veronika's hotel is professional, friendly, polite, sweet and they know how to make guests comfortable. If i could I would give them 6 stars and I definitely recommend this hotel without any hesitation. I have been many holidays and stayed in many hotels in the past, Hotel Veronika was one of the best hotel in the world.
