Come inside to discover unique finishes and a flowing, open concept living space where soaring ceilings and walls of glass bring the outdoors in. Whether you’re gathered around the 8-seater dining table, lounging with your favorite show on the large flat-screen TV, or chatting at the breakfast bar while the chef in your group enjoys the spacious and well-stocked kitchen, this 3,340 square foot home exudes an atmosphere of easy living and connection.



For outdoor dining, the living room opens to a stunning deck with a covered outdoor kitchen and alfresco dining area, while the second patio off the den area offers a second outdoor dining table with red rock views!

Upstairs, The Bridal Suite, a truly relaxing retreat. Wake up to sweeping Sedona views from your circular, leather clad king bed and wind down with a soak in the garden tub. This relaxing space includes a walk-in closet, workspace for remote travelers, and an ensuite bathroom with dual vanities, a walk-in shower, and the large garden tub. Off the Bridal Suite is an open den area with seating, a flat screen TV and foosball table. The sofa converts out to a bed with a Luxury Mattress Topper (available on request, $50/per night).



The main level offers two additional king bedrooms offer privacy and comfort for guests. The Green Room has its own ensuite with a walk-in shower, while Orchid Room enjoys a private patio – perfect for quiet mornings or evening stargazing. A half bathroom and full laundry room adds extra convenience for vacation in Sedona. Please note: Garage access is not available.

Getting Around:

There are taxis, Uber (limited), and the Sedona Trolley but we recommend guests have their own car. This is a small town and public transportation is very limited.



Other forms of transportation available in the area include the Verde Valley LINX Public Transport, the Sedona Shuttle (only operable Thursday through Sunday to select popular trailheads), Lyft (limited), and several rental companies providing rental machines for off-road adventures.
