This spacious 1,684 sq. ft. house offers a living space with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and an additional casita with a third bathroom, comfortably accommodating up to 6 guests.

Guests can access the main house from the upper-level deck (via a flight of exterior stairs) and enter through the front door. Step into the main living space that includes the living room, dining area, and kitchen. The casita is located on the 1st/ground level with a private entrance.

Living Room: Features contemporary furnishings, ample comfortable seating, and a Smart TV. This open space, which includes the dining area, boasts high ceilings that enhance the airy ambiance. Enjoy the many original art pieces throughout! Step out onto the deck to find patio seating where you can enjoy the surrounding views.

Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, including a four-burner electric range, stone countertops, and a center island with seating for four. Enjoy terrific surrounding views while you cook.

Dining Area: Includes a table with seating for 6, perfect for family meals or gatherings with friends.

Master Bedroom —King bed, 55” Smart TV, and deck access. Shared bathroom with double sink and steam shower.

Bedroom 2 —King bed, 55” Smart TV, and deck access. Shared bathroom with dual sinks and a tub/shower combo.

Casita/Bedroom 3 —Offers a private entrance, a kitchen area with a fridge, microwave, sink, dining table, and a full-size washer and dryer. Includes a Queen bed, 55” Smart TV, and private bathroom with a tub/shower combo.

Outdoor Area (2nd/main level):
The 2nd level deck provides outdoor furniture seating to enjoy the views of Cathedral Rock. There's a patio on the side of the house with a gas BBQ, seating with a fire table, and a private hot tub. Additionally, enjoy a morning of yoga on the covered yoga platform among the serene outdoors.

Entertainment: Smart TVs are available throughout the property.
