Fabulous Sedona Sanctuary

Welcome to our Sedona sanctuary located in a wonderful neighborhood in Oak Creek Village, a 10 minute drive to the City of Sedona. We also have a fabulous swimming pool with views of the Red Rocks.

Also enjoy Red Rock views from the fabulous back patio, with three seating areas, a BBQ and a hot tub.

The house boasts a living room which comfortably seats 8 people with a fireplace and flat screen TV; a dining room seating 8 as well; a wine bar; master bedroom with king bed, TV, private bathroom with Jacuzzi tub, steam shower and dual sinks; guest bedroom with queen bed and TV; full sized hall bathroom and additional powder room; third bedroom with two twin beds; playroom with flat screen TV, queen size sofa bed, pool table and ping pong table, as well as a queen sleeper sofa and a desk, monitors and laser printer. There is a full-sized clothes washer and dryer, central heating and air conditioning, internet, YouTube TV, and more.

There are two golf courses, restaurants and grocery shopping within a 5-minute drive.

Sedona boasts miles of fabulous hiking trails, bicycling tours, Slippery Rock State Park, the Pink Jeep tours of the nearby red rock formations.

Phoenix airport is 90 minutes away and Flagstaff airport is 45 minutes away.

Perfect home for an extended stay! Fully stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, great for a group!

We absolutely loved staying at this home for 2 weeks this January. The kitchen has everything to cook a meal, even a toaster oven and crockpot. We also enjoyed the outdoor charcoal grill on the deck. The house is nicely laid out and was perfect for our 4 adults. The beds had nice bedding on them and were comfortable and the towels were nice quality. I could go on and on, but the short version is that this is a special house with owners who have thought of nearly every little detail that could make your stay the best it could be. Usually after being away for two weeks I’m ready to get home, but I actually cried that I had to leave! We will definitely be back and will check out the owners other properties.

Beautiful property. Fully stocked rental with everything you could need to feel at home.

Just pack your bags and head to this place of beauty and serenity. Best Vacation property I’ve ever been to. Back yard is an oasis in itself. Many places inside and out to congregate or escape for some alone time.

Fabulous stay in Sedona

Beautiful house and property. Great views! We hosted a family reunion here for 8 people. It accommodated the group very well. Very well equipped with everything you could need. We would definitely stay here again! The ring door bell was a little annoying when people went by, but everything else was perfect!

Lovely oasis!

What a beautiful home in a peaceful, lovely part of Sedona. The home and landscape are even better the pictures portray and the newly added pool is a terrific addition. We found being in the Village of Oak Creek a great location as it is away from the downtown Sedona congestion yet close to everything. We highly recommend this home.

Could Not Have Selected a Better Property!!!

This is the 6th time I have selected a VRBO property and it was the best one yet. The Owner Rick was helpful and responsive and the one issue I had during the stay, which was my own fault, was quickly responded to by the property manager. The home was beautiful, clean and had so many amenities. It was clean and the beds were comfortable- which is important to me. The porch, pool, fire pit and setting were beautiful and relaxing. I would rent this home again.

Perfect house. Perfect location. Perfect vacation.

This was the perfect house for our family of 6 adults. Probably the best VRBO house we've rented, anywhere. It was our 5th time to Sedona for my wife and me. This was definitely the best place we've stayed in Sedona, and the best stocked VRBO house we've ever stayed in. The back patio (with all its seating options, views, spa and grills) was perfect for chilling out after hiking all day. Rick was a great host, and communication was always spot on and prompt (even checking on us after a momentary power outage in the area during a brief afternoon storm). The house was every bit as nice as shown on its website. All the beds and furniture were comfortable. If our entire family ever gets back to Sedona, this is where we're staying. Heck, even if it's just my wife and me, it's probably where we're staying. Thanks for sharing your place, Rick. The Peraza's (Cypress, TX).

Fantastic place

This is our 2nd year in a row and we love this place. Plenty of room to spread out and it is equipped with everything you could need. The hot tub and grill are a definite bonus. Each night was spent watching sporting events - NFL draft, NHL & NBA playoffs. Plenty of seating!

Perfect location for a visit to Sedona!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The location to all Sedona attractions and hiking trails could not have been better. Easy day trip to the Grand Canyon as well with beautiful scenery between. Well stocked home that provided for all our needs. Convenient to grocery store as well as restaurants and shops. Enjoyed the hot tub in the evening after multiple days of hiking. Would love to return!!

We have used many homes on VRBO and this house was the most well stocked with good quality kitchen items, and shampoo, conditioner and soap in the bathrooms. It was clean, comfortable and we loved the fireplace and hot tub.
