The kitchen is compact yet well-equipped with all the essentials you need on vacation. A small balcony is a quiet spot for morning coffee, picnic lunches, and evening sundowners. This unit boasts two comfortable master suites, a king and a queen with seating areas, plush linens, ample closet space, and showers in the en-suite bathrooms. There is a stacked washer/dryer for your convenience. A modestly priced unit and a great value for your stay in Sedona!

The Community Pool is heated March - May 80 degrees, June - October No Heat, Nov - Feb 50 degrees. The Community Hot Tub is heated year-round. Pool/Spa Hours: 8am-10pm.

Getting Around:
There are taxis, Uber (limited), and the Sedona Trolley but we recommend guests have their own car. This is a small town and public transportation is very limited.
Other forms of transportation available in the area include the Verde Valley Linx Public Transport, the Sedona Shuttle (only operable Thursday through Sunday to select popular trailheads), Lyft (limited), and several rental companies providing rental machines for off-road adventures.

Need Hoa form for Guest Arrival - See Guest Directory for the form to fill out & deliver to the Hoa office in the clubhouse near the pool.
The community pool is seasonal, the community hot tub is open year-round. Tennis and pickleball courts are located in the center of the complex and are open from dawn til dusk.
Guests can park in the appointed covered parking spot near the Condo.
Water heaters are located in a central boiler room that only the onsite maintenance man has access to - call Dan.

Keyless entry for guest convenience. The 6-digit access code will be emailed along with the check-in instructions within five days of your arrival.
