Load the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
When checking out place all used towels in garage inside the laundry basket on washer. Please put all trash in can on exterior of garage in bag. Turn off lights & turn AC to 78. Put key in lockbox.
Pet guests please place all pet waste in can on side of garage. Please pick-up after your pet or an extra fee will be accessed. When leaving seal up bag and throw into the garbage can outside garage.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

No Smoking in or at property, no vaping, no illegal drug use on premises!!
Please keep thermostat between 73-78 degrees. When leaving set thermostat to 78 this is appreciated.
Please place all towels in laundry basket on washer in garage. Wash any dishes used or place inside dishwasher. Cleaning crew will do the rest.
