Shangri-La Sonoma is set on 5.6 acres of towering redwoods and sunny pastures, centered around a sprawling 4700 sq foot fully remodeled Lodge w/heated pool. It includes 2 additional artist cottages and a poolhouse for a total of 6 BR's and 4 Baths, sleeping 15 total in beds. For larger groups ask about our additional lodging options on-site, and the mysterious gold-rush-era Ghost Town hidden on the back of the property, complete with saloons, a bordello and a jail!

SLS is the middle of prime Pinot Noir country, minutes from the Russian River and a half hour from the Pacific Ocean at Bodega Bay, Shangri-La is in a prime location for a memorable Sonoma County getaway.

Wow, what a fun property! Fantastic for parties large and small. It was just my wife and me on this trip, but we could have easily hosted a family reunion with room to spare. Very peaceful setting with lots of unique spaces to spread out and relax. Think redwoods, gardens, and swimming, with eclectic and vintage decor throughout the property that makes it fun and interesting. This is truly a one of kind home. And that's before mentioning the "Ghost Town" at the back of the property that is sure to be a lasting memory for anyone who stays here. The location is also great....close to Occidental and Sebastopol, and striking distance to the Coast, the Russian River, and the heart of Sonoma's wine country. And that all comes with a wonderful host.
