Black Bear Cottage on the Stunning West Shore of Sebago Lake

Black Bear Cottage is a homey Sebago Lake cottage with a fun, lively atmosphere close by. With room for up to 4 guests, this one-bedroom, one-bath cottage is a great fit for a small family, couple, or close group looking for a comfortable Maine lake getaway with easy access to food, drinks, and entertainment.
Enjoy the Sebago Lake atmosphere right from your porch, then spend the day exploring the west shore, relaxing by the water, or taking advantage of nearby swimming options. Inside, guests will find convenient comforts like a kitchen, air conditioning, heat, and wireless internet.
Guests can enjoy a private grill right on their deck, plus access to the Association Beach directly across the street. For another nearby swimming option, the town beach is just a short drive away. After a day on Sebago Lake, guests can unwind around one of the two shared fire pits on the property, with firewood provided for an easy Maine evening.

Black Bear Cottage is located on the same property as our sister company, Sportsman’s Kitchen & Keg, near the restaurant and Tiki Bar. This makes it a great fit for guests who enjoy a lively, social atmosphere, but the area can get busy and is not our most private cottage.

For guests looking for a quieter or more secluded stay, we recommend considering one of our other seven cottages on the property.
Sebago West Shore Cottages are a wonderful getaway in every season, offering a cozy and comfortable home base for summer lake days, fall foliage, winter weekends, and peaceful spring escapes.

We allow a maximum of two dogs only with a non-refundable pet fee of $15 per dog, per night.
At this time we are unable to accommodate any other pets besides dogs. Please no cats, etc.
We kindly ask that you do not allow your dog on any furniture or bedding and that you clean-up after your dog in all areas of our property.
Our neighboring restaurant, Sportsman`s Kitchen & Keg, allows well-behaved dogs on a leash on our patio, at our outdoor tiki bar, and any outdoor space. Dogs are not permitted inside the restaurant.
