Easy jaunt by foot, electric scooters / bikes, or Uber to the Needle, Pike Place, Fremont, Capitol Hill, Downtown, Belltown, Piers 66 & 91, Univ. of WA. $6 transit to the airport of using Link train. 1 free carport space.

The space
Note that the third bed is the pullout King sofa in the living room. A memory foam mattress pad is available in a wardrobe next to the sofa to make this a cozy sleep along with all necessary bedding and pillows. The fourth bed is a queen murphy bed on the wall in between the kitchen and living room spaces.

Other things to note:

- For those working remotely, one of the bedrooms has an electronic adjustable-height desk (sit-stand desk).

- The small carport space is small; parking a large vehicle can be very challenging. We do provide a map of additional free city street parking in the surrounding area in our check-in guidance.
- Seattle is a hilly and compact :) Home is located on a steep hill and does have 3 flights of stairs within the townhome between the mud room entrance, living room, bedrooms, and rooftop deck.

8 people would have a tough time staying. We were very confortable as a group of 4. Bathroom is tiny but functional. No blender! Location is awesome for seeing the city. Deck is wonderful.

This house was the perfect size for three people, me, my spouse and our teenage son. The kitchen was well equipped and the beds and furniture were clean and comfortable.The neighborhood felt safe. We were able to walk most places we wanted to go including to the monorail to travel downtown. Do be prepared for some serious hills.The view from the rooftop deck is beautiful.The host described the parking spot as small. That is no joke. I consider my car to be fairly small (Mazda CX5) and it was difficult to park so just be aware.

Amazing property in the heart of lower Queen Anne! Stunning views of the sound and just minutes from Kerry Park for those epic pictures with Seattle skyline in the background. Walking distance to lots of shops and restaurants. The property was well-maintained and comfortable for our family of five. Will definitely stay here again!

Beautiful property and great location. Our family used the Lime electric bikes and scooters to everywhere. Bike paths in Seattle make it so easy. Views from the rooftop deck were incredible!!! Would recommend and we will stay here again when in Seattle!!!

We’ll Be Back!!

We had the very best time at this VRBO. It was perfect size for our family of four. Bedrooms were a good size for the four of us! Bathrooms were a little bit small, but are doable. The location couldn’t be better - we walked practically everywhere, and easily got an Uber when walking was too far. The house is very bright - one bedroom does not have blackout shades, so keep that in mind if traveling with little kids. We absolutely loved our time here and plan to return!

Nice and cozy!

Overall this Vrbo was great for our purposes. There were 5 of us, I think more than that would have been difficult. It’s only a mile or so from the convention center we were going to and a bus stop right down the street. The carpets were pretty dirty and the fan in the shower didn’t work so anytime we showered everything in the bathroom got soaked. The host was very responsive and helpful with any questions I had!

Awesome property for the family and I to stay! Parking was too tight for our Ford Explorer but there was street parking. Honestly, other than that everything was good it was a fantastic property in an awesome location for a great price! Super easy check out policies and great communication from the host.

Great neighborhood and location

Nice place. Clean and sleeps 7 comfortably. Location is on a steep hill and parking can be a challenge. Great location to local dining and close to downtown and the piers. Happy New Year 2025.

Great location, beautiful views!

Beautiful house in a great location. You can walk to the Space Needle and see it from the house. Once you’re at the space needle you can take the monorail to Pike Place Market. The street is pretty steep, but that is Seattle. Rooftop deck has the best views! Beautifully decorated you have everything you need for a wonderful stay in Seattle.

The property was very well stocked, beds were amazing, every room has AC. The parking is very tight but doable! The views from the house and rooftop deck are awesome. The host was very responsive and very willing to help as this was our first trip to Seattle. I would highly recommend this unit and would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location and very cozy place

Honestly, the place was great, except for one minor detail: The blinds seem to be damaged, and so we could not close the blinds in one bedroom (making it very hard to sleep), and we could not open some of the other ones. Otherwise, this place is incredibly cute and well-located. Bonus for the rooftop from which you can see the ocean and the Space Needle (and have a fun evening).

The unit was very clean. A bit tight for 4 people. Only 1 bathroom on floor with bedrooms. Unfortunately, the lights in the full bathroom were not working upon our arrival on Sunday. The host was aware of this, but could not get an electrician to come until Tuesday. Problem fixed. Also, the heating unit in the front bedroom was not working and was not fixed during our stay. Host suggested 2 small space heaters for our use. Listing should have stated that unit is on a very steep hill. Would not be appropriate for people with walking difficulties. Storage was very limited. Kitchen supplies were plentiful; plenty of towels for bathrooms.

Beautiful Location

I loved our stay here! Super close to Kerry Park and minutes away from Space Needle. The place was very clean, and the rooftop deck had beautiful views of lower Queen Anne and the water. Be advised this property is on a very steep hill. So walking up is definitely a workout. lol There is a bus one street down that takes you directly to downtown/pikes place. So you don’t really need to rent a car if you’re booking this place. Overall great experience. I would definitely book again

Perfect for 2-4 adults. Great location with parking spot but need a small car to fot the narrow space. Host was very responsive. Many steps inside. Rooftop deck is also great.
