Property was unavailable. I spent 2 day on the phone trying to find out what happened. Complete refund pending. No more VRBO or Evolve. No one stayed there! Ruined our family plans.

Responsive owner

Overall our stay was good however we had a sewre problem from a previous problem. The owner was promt in getting someone on the scene but it was a llong time in getting it corrected. We were offered a chance to shower at another location and transfer to another property. I can't give the stay a bad rating with the response to the problem but would be concerned about a repeat problem.

Good North Seattle location but home needs major TLC

We rented this home for our family as a mutual location between Seattle and Mukilteo. While the bones of this home (and layout are very good), this home needs some TLC. The furniture wasn't very inviting (stained and dirty and cheap Amazon/not comfortable chairs). This home is marketed for families with children (the open staircase is a danger to younger people), this kitchen wasn't really stocked for drinking glasses or silverware, or a coffee pot for a group. All in all, the condition of this house has had its glory day and needs a major deep clean and in some cases a remodel (sticky cabinet doors, broken light fixtures, no light switch for one of the bedrooms downstairs, moldy grout/shower curtains). If your standards are lower in these departments then go for it. I'm sorry, but we were taken back by these things and wouldn't recommend in the condition that its currently in.
