2 family house each unit sleeps 6 located in the quiet north end section of Seaside Heights a little over 2 blocks from the beach/boardwalk. Upper unit has open floor plan with balcony off living room, kitchen with Island. 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms. TV in living room and master bedroom with WiFi and cable. Central air conditioning with fans located in living room dining room and master bedroom. Off street parking for 2 cars. Backyard with grill and outdoor shower.

6 BEACH BADGES INCLUDED.

HAVE AN EXTENDED FAMILY? A DISCOUNT OF 10% IS AVAILABLE IF YOU RENT BOTH UNITS TOGETHER.

Linens upon request including sheets, pillows and cases blankets, bath and hand towels and wash clothes. $150.00.

Families only No groups and no parties. No one under 28 years old may rent the unit.

To protect the safety of my guests we have surveillance in the common hallway outside the units and the exterior of the House.

During Memorial Day weekend and June there is a 3 day minimum.
During July and August there is a 7 day minimum stay and the weeks start on Saturday

We were scrambling to find a place to stay as we were coming from out of state to visit relatives and had some other rentals fall through at the last minute. Our hosts were very understanding and extremely responsive in providing us the information we needed. The rental was perfect for my family’s needs, was clean and the check-in and check out process was clear and hassle free. I highly recommend the property.

The property was beautifully decorated, felt fresh and clean, and had lots of light. The porch in front was so inviting, you just want to sit out there all the time. Great barbecue, too! The whole property was clean. Cherie and Dominic were very responsive. Would definitely stay again.

Great Place to Relax and Enjoy the Shore

We loved our stay in this beautiful, spacious upper apartment. The location is about 3 blocks from the beach in a quiet, friendly neighborhood. We enjoyed biking on the boardwalk and had multiple neighbors offer to help us get our folding bikes back into the car when we were ready to leave. The apartment is immaculately clean; beds are comfortable; kitchen is adequately equipped. Rooms are not 'over decorated'; that is, there is plenty of space to stow your belongings. The balcony off the living room is a great place for morning breakfasts. The roof-top deck affords a bird's eye view of the surrounding town including the spectacular merry-go-round lights at night and the Saturday night fireworks display. The property managers are great people who are very accommodating, communicate well, and help with any issues.

Relaxing condo for beach and activities

Beautiful condo with modern amenities. Enjoyed short walk to beach. Morning bike rides on boardwalk. Local shopping and dining. Owners were friendly and we had nice renters below us. We would just recommend people bring blankets for beds and just know it’s a condo so you can hear the other renters staying below you. It’s not horrible but just an FYI. We weren’t home until After dinner so we had little issues. Place is clean and nice sized and the bathrooms were best nice, loved the kitchen and natural light and the washer dryer came in handy. Would recommend to others.

Gorgeous retreat!

Stayed here with 6 family members for a weekend for my daughter’s cheer competition in Tom’s River. Conveniently located and property was near brand-new, super-clean and very modern with calm beach vibes. Close to boardwalk. Owners Dom & Cherie had wonderful communication and were so friendly and accommodating. Would love to stay at this property again in the near future! Thanks for being the best hosts!

New Years Eve

My husband and I met our nephew and his family for a 2 night stay to celebrate New Years Eve together. Communication with Cherie and Dominick was very easy both beforehand, during our stay and afterwards. They are so wonderfully thoughtful and accommodating and their home is absolutely beautiful! The pictures are a completely accurate reflection of the house. It is in a very nice area of Seaside -- just a few blocks away from the boardwalk to not have the immediate traffic and noise, yet close enough to walk within minutes to get to all the fun and activity. My husband walked in the mornings and was amazed how close to the beach we actually were. The kitchen is fully stocked, the furniture and beds extremely comfortable and the decor is very stylish. The washer and dryer are a great plus but the rooftop deck was the most amazing bonus. From it we could see the ferris wheel which you can also see from the kitchen window) and we watched the fireworks at the boardwalk for First Night! It was all the best setting for us to visit with our 7 year old grandniece and enjoy a great family time. It was worth the upfront security deposit to ensure this lovely home stays that way and good care is taken of it by each visitor. We are very grateful to have found Cherie and Dominick's fabulous home at the beach!

Perfect Family Beach Vacation

Cherie and Dominick were amazing hosts! We stayed on the 2nd floor apartment which had a beautiful view of the entire street. House was clean, decorated beautifully and was perfect for our family beach vacation. Location is a short walk to the beach / boardwalk. I would definitely recommend this rental to anyone looking to stay in the seaside heights area!

Perfect Retreat

This was a great place to spend the week with family down by the beach. Cherie and Dominick were great hosts and easy to work with. The condo was very clean and well appointed. It was perfect place to make our home base for the week and we all were very comfortable there. Just wish we could have stayed longer.

This is a lovely place to stay with your family when visiting Seaside Heights, NJ. It was clean and spacious, plus nicely decorated. It is homey and luxurious at the same time. Cherie and Dominick were fabulous hosts. I would rent here over and over again.

Beautiful crisp home. Excellent lighting and cleanliness. Excellent open kitchen. Enjoyed both living room outside porch and rooftop view. We had very comfortable beds too. Celebrated my 72nd birthday with family of all ages visiting and had a fabulous time. The owners are very friendly and accommodating. It was a great find for me.

Quick "Off Season" Get Away

Our much needed getaway (for just the 2 of us) was fantastic! The owners (Cherie and Dominick) couldn’t have been more amazing! Very thoughtful and an absolute pleasure to work with...they made sure our stay was everything we needed it to be. The apartment was absolutely spotless, beautifully decorated, and stocked with everything. Location was fantastic - right on the north end of the boardwalk…so right around all the fun spots - and yet, so quiet! We typically went to LBI for most of our adult life, so this was the first time for my wife and I coming down to Seaside (since we were kids ourselves). That said...after this trip we will be "changing it up a bit” to ONLY come down to Seaside Hts...and stay here…highly recommend...!

Lovely condo great location.

Very clean and lovely condo to stay in Seaside, very close to everything but no ton top of the boardwalk so a quieter at night. Cool balcony to sit with morning coffee or night time drinks.

Wonderful Stay!

Dominick and Cherie were just the perfect hosts. Everything about our stay was wonderful. The location was great, the unit was clean, and it had all of the amenities that we needed. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend this property to other families. Just a 5-7 minute walk to the boardwalk and beach.

Perfect New Year’s Getaway

My family and I were lucky enough to book this gem of a rental for several days leading up to New Year’s. This property was perfect for us. Spotlessly clean and very tasteful decor (not too much, not too little…perfect). The location was also great. Only 2 blocks from the boardwalk and beach, walking distance to a brewery and a CVS and a 3 minute drive to the grocery store. The balcony was fantastic (even though it was winter) and the roof deck was great! We were able to see the New Year’s Eve fireworks and the Ferris wheel that was lit-up beautifully every night from the deck. Perfect for us as we wanted to stay away from the crowds on the boardwalk but still see the fireworks. Cherie and Dom were an absolute pleasure to work with. They responded to texts/calls immediately and were super friendly. I would give this place more than 5 stars if i could. We will definitely be returning in the future. Thanks for everything Cherie & Dom.
